"Are you okay?" Roxus asked Lucifer who was still carrying her walking down the hill steps. "Did I make you angry?"
Lucifer manifested a gentle smile. "You make me sick. Why do you have to talk to a woman without common sense like her?"
Roxus chuckled.
"Who does she think she is? A Holy Mother? If she really went through everything you've through, would she be able to forgive those two pathetic men and mend them both while at it? Ah, how can she be so confident that one person can improve another?" Lucifer's grumble made Roxus smile in satisfaction.
No matter what Roxus did, she couldn't change Leonid or Ariaster. Only themselves can change. The proof? Even after Daisy is by their side, the two are still their unimproved self.
