Capture The Flag

(POV General)

Once the rules were explained each team had a minute to strategize with each other.

Once the time was up Miss Martian was given the flag to guard while Kid and Robin ran towards team black.

At the charge, Shift went for His watch hitting His palm on top of it beginning to change forms as SuperBoy provided support and Aqua-Lad used water from His tattoos and weapons shooting water to the ground tripping Kid Flash.

Robin swiftly jumped over the attack throwing some smoke pellets at them.

Once they had hit the ground a gust of wind propelled the smoke toward Robin instead and then was covered by His own smoke pellet.

"Mole-Stache!"

Shift had transformed into a small creature about four feet tall with two small antennae coming off His head. Around His skin were red spots in certain locations like the arms and cheeks.

Shift was wearing a green and white jumpsuit with the Omnitrix insignia was on His belt.

Mole-Stache used His mustache to make a wind turbine that was colored blonde and stationed right over His buck teeth.

The mustached propeller sent the smoke away and then from that smoke SuperBoy was missing and Kid finally got off His butt from watching the show.

After spotting that Superboy was missing He instantly looked to Miss Martian who lost by distraction of Her two teammates stopped and were confused.

After the match Shift walked to the three of them telling each their mistakes first starting with Kid.

"You didn't use your head when running all you focused on was you beating me which won't work with that kind of attitude."

Shift who still looked like Mole-Stache walked over to Robin next.

"You also didn't access the situation correctly if you did throw those smoke pellets and they succeeded you'd likely of confused Kid Flash when you could've used your ice pellets for a different outcome."

Robin understood His folly and Shift then moved to M'gan who looked worse for wear.

"You simply focused too hard on the fight and not your surroundings which caused the flag to be stolen under your watch."

Shift didn't let up each match they played they'd switch groups forming different teams and different turns on who protected the flag correcting every mistake of course this also meant Shift Himself revealing His follies to his teammates.

The training went on till six pm when they all called it a day. We each went to our rooms after eating and showering and went to sleep.

(POV Josh)

The next morning I woke up at four am the usual time and went to work on running. Only to find SuperBoy waiting for me.

We together both worked out with each other pumping each other up and such. I occasionally got a pick at Him getting Him angry and such. It was fun.

We also did some joint training where we both came up with combination-type moves with the different sets of abilities I had.

At this moment M'gan also joined us followed by Aqua-Lad, Robin, and then Kid Flash.

We soon ended the training though when Batman came to visit. I assumed it was a mission but it wasn't cause He would've informed me otherwise.

Once everyone else learned that we didn't have a mission we were at least given permission to go outside which we did thanks to M'gan's Bio-ship.

The view was great the ocean light that bounced off the sun was comforting until Red Tornado contacted the Bio-Ship.

"There is a disturbance in Happy Harbor I need you to investigate it."

M'gan understood the mission and turned the Bio-Ship around towards Happy Harbor.

As we approached the target SuperBoy screamed.

"Watch out!"

Thankfully the ship was in camouflage mode and the enemy didn't know we were there.

But we received and recovered from the attack all the same dodging a tornado.

After avoiding the tornado we all witnessed a power plant slowly being destroyed from the inside out.

I looked at SuperBoy speaking.

"Sorry about this. Miss Martian set a psychic link."

-Understood-

M'gan instantly followed my instructions setting a link between the six of us and then I continued.

-Bring us down and once out Kid you're on civilian grab. Robin, you're in charge of turning off the plant. Everyone else is with Me as we find who's doing this-

-Got it-

Robin was the only one to respond but everyone did follow my orders.

Though SuperBoy did look worried for some reason. Probably cause I just forced Him into a psychic link.

I don't have time to think about this I need to stop whatever is happening.

Thankfully the Bio-Ship landed and I began running out with Miss Martian, SuperBoy, and Aqua-Lad towards the danger.

"Mwahha!"

A laughter I was familiar with soon shot another Tornado towards us I didn't know what else to do so I pressed my watch hoping for an Alien with wind abilities.

After my usual transformation, I had a blueish-black hood over me and an unbearable freezing feeling going throughout my body.

"Big Chill."

I said with my icy breath as I created a wall of ice with my breath which protected us from the Tornado and again I heard the voice this time it actually spoke.

"You think a group of rookies can handle Mister Twister!!"

Who the fuck calls themselves Mister Twister?

Is all I thought at the moment after creating the ice wall.

Upon contact, the wall shattered but thankfully no one was injured.

With the wall destroyed I spotted this Mister Twister seeing His body. Or suit?

The enemy was covered in red and black armor with blue pipes flowing a blue liquid into them.

A weak point.

-Team when fighting Twister aim for the pipes! Miss Martian uses telekinesis to pick SuperBoy up and drop Him onto Twister. Aqua-Lad and I will distract Him.-

-Okay-

-I'm at the ready-

-Finally, something to hit-

I was happy that the teams seemed to enjoy my calls but now I need to focus.

I first fire another Ice wall and then phase through the ground to appear below Twister and soon I levitate and phase through Him.

Weirdly enough Twister didn't react.

-Team this is a Robot no need to go easy-

SuperBoy was probably happier than He once was with now not having to hold back.

Aqua-Lad shot some water by using the harbor where I reinforced it with my ice stopping Twister.

"You think that's enough to stop Me!"

"Nope"

I spoke simply confusing Twister until Superboy landed atop the machine knocking it into the ground and punching it without relenting until it was no more.

From the shell, M'gan lifted it revealing another robot inside it resembling that of a human repeating a message with each iteration getting more and more distraught.

"You don't know of the storm you've brewed."

After that message, the voice died out leaving me and the others shocked for a while till Kid arrived with Robin stating they finished their jobs.

"What is that?"
