Chapter 8 : Rematch

[3rd person POV]

After defeating Hex, Kevin's form transformed into XLR8.

At this moment, Kevin resembled a half-armored Velociraptor. He had black orbs on his feet, a black tail with five blue streaks, and massive claws on his limbs that could only open and close.

He wore a black protective helmet with a visor that could slide over his face. XLR8 had a blue face, green eyes, black lips, and streaks running beneath and between his eyes.

With his super speed, Kevin took only a few seconds to restrain Hex and bring him along with the Staff of Ages onto the vehicle.

"BT, at the fastest speed, take him and the spoils back to Mount Rushmore," Kevin commanded.

"Yes, sir," responded BT.

The rear of the vehicle revealed a rocket engine, from which blue flames erupted, propelling the vehicle forward with great force.

Returning to the cemetery, Kevin transformed into Four Arms and headed towards Gwen, who was currently unconscious.

Suddenly, a roar echoed, "Gwen!" Accompanied by a powerful gust of wind aimed directly at Kevin, causing him to raise all four arms to brace himself.

[Ben POV]

After everyone inside was rescued and the house returned to normal, Grandpa Max and I discovered that Gwen had disappeared.

We searched the entire house but found no sign of Gwen.

While we were worried, a loud explosion suddenly echoed from outside the house, or more precisely, from behind the house.

Following the sound, we both ran to a cemetery. What awaited us was a desolate scene.

The main road leading through the cemetery now looked like it had been plowed through. The surface of the road was torn apart, with broken stones and debris scattered everywhere. Trees and lampposts were toppled, some still engulfed in flames. Dust covered the air, making the scene even more gloomy.

However, what frightened the two of us the most was the person we were looking for - Gwen, lying on the ground, her condition uncertain. At the same time, there was a large figure in black attire advancing towards her.

"Gwen!" I shouted. Rage filled my mind. Even though Gwen may annoy me sometimes, it doesn't mean I allow others to harm her.

Using the strength of my four hands, I delivered a strong blow, creating a powerful gust of air aimed straight at the adversary.

While he was still recovering, Grandpa and I ran to Gwen's side. While Max was assessing her condition, I stood in front of both of them.

"Gwen is okay, Ben. She's just unconscious," confirmed Grandpa.

Hearing this, I let out a sigh of relief, then shifted all my attention to the enemy in front of me.

Emerging from the smoke was someone I didn't expect. At first, I thought the person approaching would be the homeless sorcerer from yesterday, but contrary to my initial speculation, this opponent was not even human; it was an extraterrestrial being, specifically a Tetramand, Four Arms' species.

Even his physique resembled Four Arms, the only difference being the outfit. While I wore black pants, a white shirt with black vertical stripes, and the Omnitrix watch on my shoulder, he was clad in black armor with a mask covering his entire face. "Wow, that outfit looks cool. Maybe I should find myself one."

Shaking my head to regain composure, I asked loudly, "Who are you, and why are you attacking us?"

"Too many questions, kid. Defeat me first, then I'll answer," he replied with a provocative tone.

"Oh, so you can't resist getting your butt kicked, huh? It's up to you then."

After saying that, I charged straight at him.

[3rd person POV]

The two Tetramands, their muscles bulging beneath their tough, red skin, approached each other with a fierce determination. They each raised a fist, and with a deafening roar, they collided.

The force of the collision was so great that the air itself seemed to ripple and distort, as if the very fabric of reality had been momentarily warped.The sound of their fists colliding echoed across the arena like thunder, and the ground beneath them trembled.

For a brief moment, the two giants were locked in a titanic struggle, their four fists pushing against each other with incredible force.

But then, slowly , Kevin began to falter. His arms shook with the strain of holding back the other's attack, and his feet started to slide backward across the ground.

Realizing that he was losing the battle of strength, the weaker Tetramand quickly sprang backward, narrowly evading a fierce punch from his opponent.

Seizing this opportunity, Ben slammed his hands into the ground, sending a shockwave towards where Kevin stood.

With his quick reflexes, Kevin jumped up, dodging the incoming attack while simultaneously lunging toward Ben with a Rider Kick.

Raising his arms to block the incoming strike from above, the transmitted force caused Ben's knees to buckle, and his feet sank into the ground, cracks resembling spider webs spreading around him. Luckily, he managed to stabilize his posture.

Using all four of his arms to grasp Kevin's leg, Ben exerted force and threw him far away. Unfortunately, in mid-air, Kevin adjusted his position and landed safely.

When Kevin looked up, Kevin realized that Ben had closed in, and his four heavy arms faded away, transforming into countless punches raining down on him like a storm.

Refusing to be at a disadvantage, Kevin roared back, countering with quick and powerful punches.

The impact of each collision was incredible as the two exchanged blows. The ground shook and cracked beneath their feet, and a powerful shockwave rippled outwards, shattering nearby rocks and knocking over trees as they traded blows. ("Imagine a jojo scene of Muda vs Ora.)

In the end, victory and defeat were still divided. With a small advantage in swiftness and might., Ben concluded the bout with an uppercut that dazed Kevin, followed by a straight punch that shattered his mask, sending him flying away, crashing into and breaking several tree trunks along the way.

Advancing toward his defeated opponent, Ben grabbed him by the armor and lifted him up. "Have you seen enough, you jerk? Now, tell us why you attacked us."

"Listen, BT, he's asking if it's enough," replied the defeated foe.

At that moment, a mechanical voice echoed in Kevin's ear, "Confirmed, Commander. Data collection is complete. You can now relax and have some fun."

"Good."

And so, to the surprise of Ben and Max, Kevin's entire body underwent a transformation.

Kevin's massive body shrank, his lower two arms and two lower eyes vanished. His upper two arms and head transformed into a Green crystalline substance. He sprouted four crystal shards on his back and gained a sharp head.

"Diamondhead? How is this possible?" Ben exclaimed, taken aback.

In response, several crystal shards shot out from Diamondhead's mouth. While these shards didn't harm Ben, they caused him pain, giving Kevin an opportunity to evade.

Kevin placed his hand on the ground, and a column made of the same material as Diamondhead emerged, thrusting towards Ben and sending him flying.

"Get up, kid. I still have business tomorrow. Finish this quickly," Kevin spoke, his voice filled with sarcasm.

This infuriated Ben. He roared and charged at Kevin, determined to defeat this despicable foe.

As the distance between them narrowed to a few meters, a crystal slab suddenly appeared beneath Ben's feet, causing him to trip and fall forward, exposing his vulnerable head.

Diamondhead's right arm transformed into a spiky mace and swung upwards, hitting Four Arms directly in the face and sending him flying backwards. He crashed into a new wall made of crystal material created by Diamondhead.

Although the wall had cracked, it successfully stopped Four Arms in his tracks. Without waiting for him to recover, Diamondhead advanced and delivered a powerful blow to the giant's solar plexus, followed by a straight kick to his Groin. This sent him jerking upward before collapsing to the ground.

Relentlessly, Diamondhead raised his spiked arm high and repeatedly struck Four Arms on the back of his head, producing thunderous echoes that reverberated throughout the cemetery.

"BEN!!" Max shouted, rushing to aid his grandson, but he was met with several sharp crystal spikes shot at him by Diamondhead. They didn't harm Max, instead transforming into crystal blocks that pinned his legs to the ground.

Upon hearing those words, Diamondhead ceased his attack and stood up, a smile forming on his face. He then shot out a long chain from his hand. With a gentle flick of his wrist, a tall and massive pillar suddenly sprouted beneath Four Arms, launching him high into the sky.

The chain followed Four Arms, ensnaring his legs. As he reached the highest point, Diamondhead opened his mouth and said, "Get over here." He yanked the chain with force, pulling Four Arms straight down to the ground.

The impact was cataclysmic, shaking the very foundation of the earth beneath them. The ground quivered, and fissures snaked outwards, a testament to the immense force unleashed.

The deafening echo of the collision resonated through the air, serving as a chilling reminder of Diamondhead's triumph as Four Arms lay defeated and motionless. His body was covered in bruises, a testament to the overwhelming might of his adversary.

And with that, two consecutive chapters on the battle came to an end. It took a lot of time and brain cells to write these chapters, and I hope everyone enjoys them.
