Shameless author review. It's a very well written story with some very deep themes. It explores human nature and has profound introspection in the chapters. Because of this, I'd say character development is pretty good.Everything else is good too. The nonhuman aspect isn't just Crystal's dual nature. She is infact not a human despite how desperate she is to be one.
