in the previous chapter we read Kashif's explanation, so let's start the story with Kashif and Sana: conversation:

Kashif: Babe! you didn't understand, I didn't mean that, I am just worried about him, what he is thinking about his practical life, he is just wasting time, I want him to be more successful, even successful than me, and he has to think about his life sooner or later.
