The spectators just stood or fell down their knees wherever they are, at work, in the fields, homes or traveling. Many stared in awe at the miracle they have been praying, hoping for, for many years. And now that the heavens has granted their wish, the God not only gifted them hunter warriors but good hearted souls to fight not only to save the bounded spirits but also the souls of their dearly love ones who got lost and imprisoned in Yomi Island.
"Praise to you Gaia and Power from above, King of the Heavens Anma! Fill and surround us with your protection and light…..Power, power will be all yours, nowwwwww!!!!" Taiyo shouted like his voice changed from one tone to another and now from the top of his lungs hundreds of voices like angels and saints from the sky saying their prayers, mantras, sounds resounding thousands of times for several minutes. Taiyo looked like he is many men doubling, tripling until he changed to himself as one messenger and sorcerer. The warriors are still suspended in the air at about 10 feet off the ground and still covered with blinding lights. The colors of the sky changed to luminous like the rainbow and blasted off when Taiyo said. Be made clean and powerful, by the God we call master and creator. "Waahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!"
King Anma of the Heavens showered all graces and blessings for the hunter warriors to receive and pledged a promise to protect and help them all through-out their journey to and from Yomi.. He opened the doors of his kingdom along with his angels, his armies of light to bring spirits of good tidings, strength, invincibility and powers to every hunter held suspended in the air.
The blinding light that shone across the world was abruptly swallowed by the heavens and peace, calm, rest was restored in the land. The warriors fell to the ground and woke up not knowing what happened to them. "Okay, so you are all made clean, now, let's celebrate! Haha!, Wine, wine please!", Taiyo said and walked towards the Chief to talk about the journey to Yomi Island.
"Huh!!!, Shi is still touching her head, What….what happened?" Yuna seconded looking at Shi and the other hunters wondering what really transpired. "Huh, Taiyo really is weird! Let's go Shi and check on what they're up to this time!"
"I'm a little hungry!, Let's eat first and check them out later!", Shi cried giggling and caressing her tummy.
""Hmm….Yuna shaking her head laughing.
"Ahhhhaa….my friend Taiyo, it's been centuries and here you are, still strong and handsome!, a not so elderly man running to welcome Taiyo from his tent. Aha….Lolo, oh my, the gods must have given you an elixir of youth, you still look young as the last time I saw you in battle!. My old friend, I've missed you!, Chief Lolo added hugging the sorcerer and escorting him to his bamboo Neolithic inspired hut. Mina please, prepare some food and drink for our special guest!"
"Oh my, Mina, you are still lovely as the last time…I ahhh...haha!!!"
"Taiyo, I'm glad to see and I have waited for you, but ….", Mina added and wasn't able to finish when Lolo interrupted them. "Yes, I fell for lovely Mina and wed her since we didn't know when you are coming back. My friend, I'm sorry that I meddled with your family. But it was the best during those times that your child, Keyoshi was about to be drowned to the seas, if not for me who swam across it to save her. They were cruel, Mina's family was! I couldn't bear her suffering, mostly Shi shi, I….."
"No, stop Lolo, I'm to blame for my family's misfortune. I was so sure then that I would be able to defeat Kemolohlun, but Gaia didn't answer my prayers, just the sign that I needed to come back to you after twenty long years," Taiyo with his back from Mina and Lolo, tears falling from his eyes feeling regret and loneliness living alone in the marshlands.
"It's alright Taiyo and now you're here with us, we can start all over again!", Lolo said happily placing his hand on Taiyo's shoulder. "Yes, I am back but as a friend and a special person for Mina. Please don't tell Keyoshi who I am to her. In time I will be the one to reveal to her her true identity and her greatness. But for now, let's drink for my return and eat, I'm really famished from years of gobbling on insects and plants in the marshes, haha!!!!"
"Of course, Mina!!!!", Lolo said smiling and drying the tears from his cheeks.
"Here we are! Your favorite, dried fishes from the salt waters and grape wine, eat and drink. It's been a long time since….I missed you, too!", Mina said while Taiyo touched her face and smiled with her, his heart now is filled with gladness. He is so full his stomach doesn't really feel hunger for food at all but of love and longing for Mina, the one he truly loves even before.
"Huh…what does mother and Uncle Taiyo is talking about!!!", Kera stopped and about to enter the hut
hut when Taiyo begged Mina not to tell Keyoshi about something. She just overheard that her big sister has tremendous power like the gods in the heavens and underworld (darkness). "Oh no!, Shi must know this!"
"Must know what, little sister? Hihi!", Shi asked while peeping at the hole Kera made eversince she was a toddler playing around to peak and eavesdrop of the adults conversations and this time, she couldn't speak and doesn't know how to tell her sister about the news. "That….father and mother has prepared a feast for you and arh…your team before you sail out to Yomi. Ahhh…that's it, that's what father wants me to tell you! So, I need to go ahead and nature is calling me down to the….", Kera said backing down and about to walk away when Keyoshi caught her from the shoulder and carried her to her shoulders so the girl won't be able to run off like she always does. "Aha…caught you! Nope, you are lying! So, what is it? Come on spill the beans, Kera, or I'll leave you upside down the ants home ….like nowww..."Shi said running to the left side of the hut to play with Kera to spill her little secret. "No, I won't tell. Mother, Father….Keyoshi is torturing me here! Ahhhhh...", Kera bolstered.
The world has been peaceful for many years. Gaia, has blessed all the nations, islands and tribes from the north until the south. Yet, not all are satisfied with her graces and Jelioz, Kari's greedy head would always complain and compare Mother Earth's gifts instead of thanking her and their land's bounties. The people of Kari doesn't follow Jelioz as their head but out of fear they forcefully believe or commend him. But every day, the citizens pray and hope for a new leader that would take them out of their misery and despair.
