42 Reunion in the battlefield part 1

I and Lauria where atop a hill looking down at the enemy troops. "So what's the plan master?" Lauria asked "Huh? Plan? Who needs a plan? If you really want something like a plan, here's one. Go in, attack the army, destroy them all, leave."

I looked at Lauria I couldn't control myself anymore. "As you say master." Lauria give me a spear I'll greet them. Lauria gave me a two meter long spear, well this is good enough. "Here a present for you guys!" I threw the spear the same way I did with the previous battle. I rotated it to the extreme making it look like a whirlwind descending from the heavens. I hit the center of the wave. They were now conscious of my presence.

"Now Lauria let's begin the fun!" Lauria change to the strongest twin blades you can turn into. "As you wish my master." Lauria transformed into twin blades. With that I jumped down into the battlefield. I landed on the ground below. The soldiers were shocked to see me descend like that. While they were in a daze I started slashing them in half.

Finally realizing the danger they were in. They charged at me while archers try to hit me in panic. They stop doing long range attacks, when they noticed that, they couldn't hit me, a single target without hitting their allies. There only option now is to fight me in a melee.

Hey Lauria when is the next time you can go into your unbinded state? Tomorrow morning, I'm sorry master, you have over used the skill. Is that so? Well who cares fighting with handicaps is just my style. It's as you say master.

With that I looked at the enemies before me and smiled my vicious smile. I created mana blades numbering on the thousands floating above my head. This was my favorite technique when it comes to one versus many fights [heavenly rain]. My mana blades pierced my enemies while I charged into the center of the battlefield.

That was when I was surrounded by pillars of earth. "Heh, the same move as that earth dragon? But this one is way weaker." I cut down all the pillars as they were falling I kicked and pushed them into the wave of soldiers. The pillars of earth destroyed some of their catapults. That was when I noticed a strong presence approaching me. The soldiers were screaming his name.

"Ren! REN! REN!" The guy held a large spear and his height was at least almost 3 meters. Is this guy really human or is he a giant? He wasn't wearing body armor. Showing off his body that looks like it's made of steel.

"Run home now child! The battlefield is not the place for you."

"Whatever just fight me already!" I rushed into his field of attack and sliced of his head. His head fell to the ground the soldiers looked at it shocked.

"Huh? What the hell was that? I was sure he would be better than that... Well whatever hope the next one would be better."

A Captain in the middle lines POV:

Something was happening in the front lines. Are we being attacked? A report came from the front. A messenger came

"Sir report from the front we are being attacked?" "I know that already has the enemy army moved. They found out about our location faster than expected." The messenger looked at me clearly frightened. "Actually sir, the one attacking is one boy." I looked at the messenger dumbfounded "One boy? What race is he from? The demons, the dragons?" The messenger shook his head and answered.

"No it has been confirmed that he is human." "Human?! That can't be, one human boy attacked the whole army." The messenger nodded "yes sir, the casualties are around seven thousand are dead two thousand gravely injured, and sixteen thousand of the men fled."

"What the hell is happening in the front lines!"

Leo's POV:

"WHAT THE HELL IS THIS SO BORING! ALL YOU HAVE ARE NUMBERS! I HAD A MUCH MORE DIFFICULT FIGHT WITH ALBERT ALONE!"

The soldiers were worthless, that was when I sense eight powerful presences.

"AT LAST HERE COMES THE REAL DEAL!" After screaming my excitement a large pillar of ice was formed in the middle of the battlefield. It hit a large portion of the enemy army. Then a bunch of meteors came falling from the sky. There was even a rain of arrows of gold and silver hitting the enemy. Also in the distance I saw a girl doing fangs of the wolf but in a different way, behind her was a guy who was moving as fast or faster than lightning. There was also a young boy crushing his opponents with his bare fists and a girl with a hammer doing the same thing. I know these people though some of them I barely remember because of the seal. Yet I know all of these people I screamed at them.

"WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU GUYS DOING HERE AND TAKING OTHER PEOPLE'S FUN TIME. THIS FEAST IS MINE AND MINE ALONE. IF YOU GUY'S DON'T STOP I'LL ALSO BEAT YOU GUYS UP!" One girl approached me she had heterochromatic eyes and silver hair, this girl was Evangeline Wingled.

"Don't be like that Leo. It's been years since our last meeting so forgive us in sharing in your meal. But do not fret dear Leo after we're done here. I promise you will get the fight you truly desire." Evangeline looked at me bewitchingly. I wonder? There seems to be something important I forgot about her, because of the seal in my memories. I think It's really important I wonder what it is?

Random soldier in the battlefield POV:

The mage unit was deployed. All of them were high tier mages that could do high spells. They were levitating above the battlefield. They were heading toward the enemy but before they could reach them. They were shot down by arrows of gold and silver. All 40 of them were killed almost instantly. You could hear the voices of the enemy from the distance. "Hey what are you doing those were mine to kill, Selina?" a voice of a girl could be heard shouting. "

Well it is a contest after all. No one said there where rules of any kind. The one who kills the most wins. By the way who's keeping count?" Another one answerd. What the hell is wrong with this conversation. Their treating this battle as a game.

"I think Tenri is doing that. Hey Tenri how goes the scoring?" "Oh Selina the scores. Well as expected Leo is in the lead with 34,345 kills, next is Eva-chan 26,877 kills, Eli 26,300, Then me with 22,000 kills, Adela with 18,343 kills, Selina with 16,732, Dane with 8,234 kills, and last Rex with a shocking 1,224 kills."

They where having this conversation while shouting in the battlefield. Everyone of us heard what she said, We couldn't treat it like a joke. Because the monsters that are doing these are right before our eyes.

"Hey Eli, how does it feel to finally use our true power? We couldn't use it back in the academy because of us trying to lay low before Leo returns." "I don't care about letting loose, after this I' am beating that idiot to the ground!"

"Oh my Elizabeth, you got to wait in line, I' am first in line." "Who decided you to be first Evangeline. I was his first companion, I knew him first. So that's suppose to make me first in line!" "No Adela and I were first. We met him six years in the past." "That's beacause of time travel, that's not counted!" While I was listening in this absurd conversation. A spear pierced my heart.

A random commander in the back line POV:

There seems to be a battle going on in the front. While I was thinking if the Regon actually sent out its knights, a messenger came. "Report how goes the situation?" "Sir we've been asked to release "him" "release? Are you insane?! The only reason we even brought him was for insurance. Just in case something like a 1st generation dragon shows up. Are you telling me that something similar has shown itself?"

"We're being annihilated!" "How many is the opposing force?" "Eight sir" eight no I must have heard wrong. "Can you repeat that, I thought I heard you just say eight?" "Yes sir the opposing force number in eight." "That has to be a joke."

Leo's POV:

The enemy army was dying without too much of a struggle. No in all frankness their not even struggling. Evangeline and the others even proposed to have a match who can kill the most. Yet after a while that too got boring. If I remember correctly the winner of this game, will have the right to order anything to the losers.

Well that does sound like fun and all. But still I now have, almost zero motivation. At first it was a little fun because even though they were weak they outnumbered me by a lot. Then these fools came, now there's nothing fun about this battle. Wait! These guys are stronger than the enemy army.

HAHAHAHA I GOT A BRILLIANT IDEA! Kill the invading army while fighting these guys! If I also direct my killing intent to them they'll know I' am not joking around. Of course I' am not going to kill them. I just want to see how far I can go with them as my opponents. Hey Lauria you heard my thoughts right. Yes my master.

Dane's thoughts:

I'll get my revenge today Leonard. I will make Adela forget about you and acknowledge me!

Rex's thoughts:
