Cultivation Realms: -

Humans: ( Every cultivation realm has 10 stages each)

-Qi Gathering stage : In this stage an individual learn to feel Qi and starts to gather Qi in their physical body. This Qi is stored in the body in diatan a place below the naval. and can be is released in gaseous state. the efficiency of this Qi is very low.

-Foundation building stage : In this stage the ki of an individual slowly starts turning in liqud which is quite stable, the efficiency (control) of aura/Qi also increases by a high margin.

- Body refining realm

a Cultivator would refine there body and every stage there strength increased by 1,000 jin.

also this realm is the foundation to all realms so its best to breakthrough when stage stable. but many people ignore this and rush this stage causing significant differences later in cultivation or being stuck at insurmountable bottlenecks, some people with higher talent can rush through stages and not be affected or if cultivation technique is high grade.

-Gold core realm

Golden Cores are divided into nine grades, the lowest is Grade 1, the highest is Grade 9, and above the nine grades, there are also the Divine, Saint and Immortal grade Golden core! The first-grade golden pill has passed through one thunder tribulation, the ninth grade has passed through the nine tribulations; the Divine golden core has to go through another nine thunder tribulations, and the Saint grade golden core has to get pass another eighteen thunder tribulations. The Immortal grade golden core has to get through another thirty six thunder tribulation, the immortal grade golden core will get the imprint of the law of the heaven and earth.

In Pangea, normal cultivators Golden Core grade would be ranging from Divine Grade until Immortal Grade, that's what makes it a paradise or sanctuary for many cultivators to reach.

Low-Grade Golden Core: 1-3 Grade - Dharma Form

Mid-Grade Golden Core: 4-6 Grade - Dharma Form

High-Grade Golden Core: 7-9 Grade - Dharma Form

Divine/God Grade Golden Core: 9 Ranks - Divine Form

Saint/Sacred Grade Golden Core: 9 Ranks - Divine Form

Immortal Grade Golden Core: 1 Rank - Form Variable
