Brief The Prequel

Hello, my dear readers! Thanks for coming here to read my stories.

To anyone who hasn't read and to the ones who had read but couldn't get it all in the prequel of the novel: A Marine Got Lost In Another World ( Which has now been renamed Before F.R.O.N.D.E.R). I'm sorry my readers very much when the prequel's quite badly written.

The premise has very bad grammar, the chapters above those ones had been written better but some chapters have errors with the characters' conversations, too much "!". Also, when I newly writing, I lacked ideas, rushed the storyline too much and expressed the characters' expressions like children in adult bodies...haizz

Maybe I should head straight to the point of this chapter. Because I don't want my new readers to be bewildered when they don't read the prequel but have to read the sequel without knowing anything so I'll brief the prequel as detailed as possible!

At first, this novel has no main characters...or I'd say every character is the main character because they have their own lives and stories. There are characters I'll put on the list because they would appear in the entire storyline.

John Rigen: Current age: 26

He's a white American, an orphan, a Sergeant US Marine Corps, used to be a soldier from the US Army and a war veteran in Afghanistan war. (Actually, he was drafted there by his first adoptive mother who works in the military. John managed to face combat 3 times, and returned home safely).

Because John's childhood was being beaten and scolded by his first adoptive mother so he grew up impulsive and easy to beat people when his temper was triggered, combining with facing the war at the age of 16, he became a very mean man. Currently, both his mental and physical has been healed by his good wife but he has lost his memory at the end of the prequel - returned to his previous form, worse.

Sarah Hatano: Current age: 20

A pure and silly girl who's a Private from the US Army, has been mixed to become one of John Rigen's subordinates in Operation 1172.

She's also an orphan who had been adopted by a Japanese scientist, her adoptive father has now been assumed dead. Plus, Sarah has an older sister named Shizuka who hates her Commander (John) a lot.

Shizuka Hatano: Current age: 21

A crossbred Japanese who has a little sister named Sarah, she loves her little sister a lot. Apparently, Hatano's very quiet but when she opens her mouth, she would either talk low and slow or would say it loud as if she was scolding. She's a Private from the US Army and hates Americans, she hates John too much, attempted to kill him but later gave up because of avoiding being hated by her little sister.

Shera Sonne: Current age: 17

A Princess and a Yandere girl who inherited those morbid genetics from her late mother. She loves John so she married him, always gets jealous if anyone dares to glance at her husband, she has a close servant who is also a very good friend but also a rival.

Reimi Frieden: Current age: 23

The private servant of Princess, she lost her first lover and used to love John, still very much loves him currently. She never asks her ruler for giving anything, only devoted and submissive to her ruler.

Hoster Sonne: Current age: 20

Shera Sonne's older brother, who is portrayed as a ruthless King...is told to be a brother who has a same mom but not a same father.

According to Prime Minister - Alt Toten, who claimed to be Hoster's real father, he raped his mom and because she was muted, illiterate and scared of him so she could not reveal the truth to her husband.

Those characters are the ones would appear as the main characters of the novel. Before briefing the prequel, maybe I need to tell my readers a bit about the fantasy other world John and his subordinates have come to.

At first, this world's named Euro Grant - which shape is similar to Europe's continent but upside down.

Sorry when you readers cannot see the map, this app isn't have features to add pics like Wattpad.

There are 5 continents in this fantasy world, the border of each continent could easily be distinguished by a black line of a territory named No Man Zone - a zone to travel and to trade only, warring is banned. Most of the continent would be divided by No Man Zone except for the purple nation on the far north, the biggest one and the most powerful one - Demon Kingdom.

It's located in Demonic continent, which border is the white line border named Snow Border - the place which always snow and cold, can only go in but not go out. Demon Kingdom's the only nation that has firearms and modern technologies, which were inherited from the people who came to this world 500 years before the storyline begins.

For the other continents, the Elf - Beastmen Continent is a place where elves and beast people co-living, a peaceful place that is full of nature. The Human Continent has 15 Kingdoms that are ruled by humans - this continent would be the main location of the storyline - which takes place in Warsaw Kingdom.

About Dwarf Continent, this place is the living place of the dwarves.

About Ashura continent, this continent named after the only Kingdom in this isolated continent, is founded by a Japanese who came to this other world 500 years ago.

About seasons, this world has 4 seasons and each season lasts 3 months and this world's calendar is only counted by the changes of the seasons, not called months.

February to April: the Spring

May to July: The Summer

August to October: The fall

December to January: Winter

For example:

February to April would be called the first Spring, then the second Spring and later the third Spring. Repeat this kind of calculation for the rest seasons.

Now I'd brief the storyline as detailed as possible, my dear readers...hope you enjoy it.

December 26th, 1996, a very colossal earthquake occurred in Virginia, destroying the city and making many people die. After the first earthquake, an unidentified very big explosion sounded in the sky and a strange colossal object which was located outside of the shore of Virginia beach floated on the ground, which was assumed to be the cause of the earthquake.

A few minutes after the first earthquake, the second one occurred but did not make much damage like the previous one, the strange object from that time remained on the sea. After the incident, the military and the scientists stepped on the surface of the object and found strange things, the place had two stone slates located in the middle of a place that looked like an entrance to inside the object.

Because of the strange shape of the object - its downside had a very long shape that looked like a sword's blade, which was located very deep in the ocean so the unidentified thing was later named:

Sword Mountain

The Sword Mountain's told to be very strange, the locations which were close to it would usually face attacks from powerful lightning strikes and very unpredictable earthquakes, very dangerous. That was the reason why Virginia beach had been abandoned while the US Military built up bases around the beach to research the mountain while keeping the safe borderline with it.

Also, the scientists assumed that the "mountain's geological" was formed in the last of the Cretaceous due to a collision with the earth, just a theory. When stepping on the Sword Mountain's surface, electricity devices would strangely have errors, the most serious cases would be completely broken, no one could explain why.

Inside the entrance of the mountain was a very big cave, named "Sword Cave", it had many routes, scientists had been sent here to do the research and died a lot.

They mostly died because of being trapped inside the Sword cave due to the strange lightning strikes that hit and blocked the only entrance. Sarah's and Hatano's father who was a scientist was also assumed to be dead here during his research though his corpse had never been founded, this occurred one year before the storyline.

34 years later in the Summer of the year 2030, after the strange appearance of the Sword Mountain on the sea. Colonel Amanda Rigen and Lieutenant Kaori Rigen - (They're John Rigen's adoptive mothers and also the heads of the laboratory which is founded to research the Sword Mountain).

They ordered their son and two more women soldiers to mix into a fireteam which is called Krieg 2 - 1, with the duty to do a military patrol in the mountain, the military Operation 1172.

After becoming a team, John was invited by Sarah to join a small party at her house because they would have two days off before doing the duty. In those two days, Hatano had threatened to kill John and both of them later became cold enemies, pretending to be allies while secretly stabbing each other from behind...but no one died or was hurt.

After having days off, John and his subordinates went to Virginia beach and met with their superiors, those people gave them three military backpacks named Alrotz bags. The backpacks and the things inside them were new kinds of technology, were told to help John and his group in combat if they had a chance to test them in case strangers violated the Sword Mountain.

But for some reason, John and his group were strangely supported with two ammo crates placed on the Sword Mountain, they later being left alone to do their duty. While patrolling around the mountain, a very strange and big earthquake occurred alongside the lightning strikes made John and his group had no choice but to move inside the Sword Cave.

After heading inside, a lightning strike suddenly hit on the top of the mountain, rocks fell down and blocked the entrance completely. John's group was trapped inside so in order to find the way out, they checked around the cave and managed to find a corpse of a stranger who seemed newly died there.

By searching the man's belongings, they found a diary which revealed that the dead man used to be in the military, he knew about the things that happened in 1996. Briefly, the diary said a group of Marines had been deployed to Sword Mountain after the first earthquake.

The technologies John and his subordinates were said to be developed from things the Marines found in that secret deployment, a deep iceberg. About the man's appearance in this mysterious place, part was because he was chased by the military, part was because he wanted to find out more about the Sword Mountain.

But finding the diary could not lead John and his group to be rescued so they moved deeper inside the cave but later headed up since they found no way out to use. Strangely that they shortly found a hidden room that had a stone whose surface had round molds and a thing that looked like a button, as if it was a technology thing.

That was the time when Hatano pulled out 10 glowing blue round jewels which she explained to be ores exploited from the Sword Cave, her father stole them from the lab to research in his own house. Surrounded by the curiosity of the three of them, they put the jewels into the molds and pushed the button...a very bright white light shortly exposed and sucked them inside, vanishing completely.

After being sucked into the light, John and his group were sent to another world but were drafted to different locations, which were very far away. John woke up in a forest named Tod - in the middle of Warsaw's and Attenta's border while Hatano and Sarah woke up in an elven village named Zaira, in Jung Kingdom.

While running inside the Sword Cave, John and his subordinates managed to drag the ammo crates inside and when they teleported to the other world, those ammo crates also followed them. Those ammo crates followed Sarah and Hatano but later being dragged by the elves to a warehouse in the village and stored there as Sarah was still very bewildered.

About Hatano and Sarah, they shortly met an elven prophet named Yura and then joined a rescue to save the kidnapped elven people, later stayed in the village for a month before moving out, finding John. About John, he encountered two women in the forest who were being attacked by strangers, he saved them and later struggled to learn their language - which was a bit different from English, Englis language, and he succeeded.

While traveling with the women, they introduced to him their identities, one was Shera and the other one was Reimi...they were heading to Attenta Kingdom to refugees. John learned that Shera's homeland - Warsaw was in a coup so they headed to their neighboring Kingdom for refugees.

On the escape way, she had been split up with her brother's group so they lost track and were attacked by the rebel chasers but John managed to save them all. From the first time seeing John, this morbid Princess loved him at the first sight but did not have the confidence to confess to him...John did not know what to do so he joined the girls to reach Attenta Kingdom.

After heading to Attenta's border with those girls, John met Shera's brother - Hoster, who deeply thanked him for saving his sister's and her guard's life from the enemies. And good news came to them, Hoster announced to his sister that the coup had been newly over, their father had won against the rebels so they could depart to Warsaw, he chose to return a week later.

After reuniting, instead returning to the inn where her brother and the guards were temporarily staying in, Shera asked Hoster to help John for a serious reason. While traveling with John, both Princess and Reimi were shocked when John could not use magic, the man himself also lied to the girls had this place was different from his place.

John lied that facing the native disease made him unable to cast magic and Princess was over-worried and blindly believed what he told her, so they helped him. And later found out that John was lying so Shera questioned him to find out a real answer. John's honest answer made Princess and her guard totally shocked when not just him but the place he used to live in did not have magic.

Because in this world, those who were unable to use magic would either die because of their weak bodies or be hunted down by the people, powerless meant to die.

(Though most of the people in this world cannot use magic because only nobles have the access to magic through education while commoners have to live like normal ones).

The only way to know if someone was unable to cast magic or not is to test their magic power through a glass ball - an object which is used to measure the magic power. Identifying by using that kind of measurement, the results would be shown on the ball, most people in this world are able to use magic (Because they are not educated so they cannot use it properly).

Because of loving John, Shera asked him to follow her to return to Warsaw with the purpose to protect him from the dangers of this world. John secretly accepted because he didn't have anywhere to go, they later had dinner at the inn and John shortly pretended to go to sleep to fool Princess.

Because Shera's brother asked her to have a discussion with him at night so John was curious about its content, so he eavesdropped on them. Because the device which was strapped to his wrist - SA, could assist the individual on the mission so John asked Advisor (Whose name he made for his SA) to eavesdrop on the entire discussion.

During the discussion, Hoster asked Shera about John's real identity and she honestly answered all to her brother. The discussion shortly ended peacefully and John went to sleep while asking Advisor to guard him, because he was very cautious and did not trust Shera's older brother.

Although promising to his little sister that he would not do anything against the strange man that saved her and her guard in the forest. Honestly, in the depth of Hoster's mind, he assumed John was a spy or something so he spent the money to hire assassins to assassinate John Rigen for safety...or at least have to capture him and dig out the intel from his mouth.

During that assassination, John managed to survive but he had to farewell to Princess, lest that Princess left John a letter which shows him the way to communicate with her when they were far away. After reading the letter that Shera gave John, he went to Jager Kingdom (A neighbor Kingdom of Warsaw and their close ally - whose mortal enemy was Attenta Kingdom).

Because Warsaw Kingdom was being pushed by Attenta and its vassal states, they had to keep their fake friendliness toward them for their safety. John went to Jager Kingdom and temporarily lived there while trying to communicate with Princess by sending secret letters - he also wanted to reach Warsaw to see her.

While living in Jager, John managed to find a job - becoming an Adventurer to seek income, he rented an inn to live there for days. After witnessing the inn's owner and her daughter living miserable lives, John sent them some money that he earned by trading the spoils of the killed assassins to the guards at the border gate in exchange for a reward.

John also met a strange old man who claimed himself to know about Reimi and he was willing to teach John some skills of real sword fighting. Two weeks later, Cily - a girl who worked in Adventurer's Guild announced to John that he was about to be wanted the next day when Prince Hoster demanded high pay for John's head by posting the papers all over the town.

So John returned to the inn and found out that Milch and Erissen (The owner and the daughter) had left the inn to go to Warsaw to change their lives thanks to John's help. He faced the old man who taught him sword fighting and the old man called himself Lerer Sonne - Shera's uncle, the one who was tragically blamed to be the leader of the 10 year ago coup in Warsaw.

Lerer was also being wanted to this day and people found him, the reason why Milch and Erissen moved out sooner was because Lerer used to be Milch's illegitimate husband. He was scared that his wife and his daughter would be in danger so he asked them to flee to Warsaw, John had to separate from Lerer after receiving the letters which he wrote for his grandchildren.

After fleeing from Jager, John intended to move to Warsaw right away because Lerer had given to him a country map between Jager and Warsaw. He shortly rested in the forest, during this time, a blonde woman whose personality was very insolent appeared in John's dreams and claimed herself to be a Goddess, the one who put him and his subordinates in this world.

She always mocked John and would always leave him after giving him curt guides, Sarah, Hatano and Yura managed to find John shortly. So he moved with them to Zaira village though John's first intention was to go to Warsaw, they were greeted by the Jung King - King Ralla.

The King shortly revealed to John and his subordinates the secret things which were hidden under the wooden warehouse, it was a remnant...of World War 2.

500 years ago, two soldiers who fought on the Pacific front, an American and a Japanese were summoned when the Demon Lord was about to take over the world. Because of John's group appearance, King Ralla assumed that they must be summoned heroes, coming here to save the world, their sudden appearance meant the world was very in help.

After explaining to "heroes", John and others were very doubted but they had no time to think when John wanted to reach Warsaw Kingdom fast. So King Ralla activated the teleport machine to teleport John and his subordinates to Warsaw quick as John always wanted, they went there.

The teleporting machine was a kind of technology of Demon Kingdom which was created by the inspiration of the American hero, but he died before it was fully invented. The one which was located under the warehouse was one of many war apology gifts that the demons respectfully handed to the elven people and other races (Except for the humans).

But before teleporting to Keris - Warsaw's capital city to reunite with Princess, Prophet Yura revealed to John's group that she saw a big explosion that would occur in Keris. It was predicted to happen someday that less than a week from now on...so John and his subordinates had both come to Keris to reunite with Shera and also to warn about the explosion threat.

When John came to the capital and happily reunited with Shera, there was a silly jealous battle between the Princess and Sarah, also had a team quarrel with Hatano. But at last, John had warned Shera about the prediction so his group was shortly invited to the Palace and temporarily stayed there as their temporary living place.

Receiving John's warning, Shera immediately returned to report to her father - King Konig Sonne, Lerer's brother to temporarily hold back the incoming summon ceremony. Also, during this period of time, John had been under Princess's protection when she learned that her brother had attempted to kill the one she secretly love twice.

To say about the ceremony, it was about summoning a hero from another world to Euro Grant for saving the humans from the evil Demon Lord. This was a tradition of the Human Continent, though the war from 500 years ago had ended and the demons did not invade human territories anymore...but they kept summoning the hero for safety, they feared demons.

Every Kingdom would vote out a Kingdom to summon the hero when the current hero dies if the person cannot make it through the intense training or died cold while trying to pass Snow Border. Because the ceremony was meant to be very sacred so many people, from the nobles to the royal people of other kingdoms, even the citizens would be very crowded to witness the ceremony date.

Shera assumed that the remaining rebels of the previous coup would use that advantage to make the attack on the ceremony, causing the explosion as John warned her. But that was just Shera's analysis, her father ignored her completely and casually held the ceremony as usual, just putting some more guards.

The next day later, John and his subordinates were respectfully introduced to the officials and the King by the Princess, she even asked her father to make John her tutor. The father accepted and temporarily put Hatano and Sarah to become guards in the Palace while John officially became his daughter's tutor.

Shera wanted to be closer to the one she loved so she asked John to have a private talk with her during the ceremony and he accepted, this Princess was about to confess to him. But as the mages casted their spell to summon the hero, a very wide light spread out and sucked everything in its path, John was the nearest one to Princess at that time and they vanished together.

Because the ceremony could only summon one hero, Goddess Katia summoned John, Sarah and Hatano to this world without the awareness of the people. According to the Goddess's rule, if one hero was summoned, the summon gate would be locked and if anyone dares to summon another, that Kingdom would be wiped out of Euro Grant.

After drifting to another land, John and Princess woke up and took care of each other while trying to find the way to return to Warsaw Kingdom, they later met a stone house. The house was located in a plain which was between two strange forests, the owner was Rivia - a dark elf woman and also the Knight border who protects the land from heroes and the intrusions from the sky, from Katia.

They later learned that they were in the southwest of Demon Kingdom, which location was nearby the Snow Border, the explosion that sucked them in was a very strong teleportation spell. Because cannot return to Warsaw, John and Shera decided to live in this place alongside Rivia...sadly that, the Knight border shortly died by saving Shera from a sky monster, and being buried.

Living in an isolated place that only had a man and a woman, their relationship started flowing and then they had a cute child named Eris. After living with the three members family for 6 years, John and his family encountered a starved and thirsty strange woman while going out for a picnic with their beloved daughter.

The woman they found was a crossbred demon - human, named Graber - the current Demon Lord's granddaughter. She told them that she was playing with the teleport machine but suddenly played dumb so she got transported here without knowing the way to survive in nature.

Also, after six years of living in the isolated place, John and his family finally learned from Graber that Warsaw had been wiped out after the tragic ceremony 6 years ago. The world was now also in danger when for the first time in history, humans, beast people, elves, dwarves and demons became allies to against the mass invasion from the sky a year ago.

But shortly after that, Graber also died during protecting Eris from a sky monster, John's house was later intruded on by the orc soldiers. According to their arrival, they were sent by the Supreme Demon Lord to come to the border to call back Rivia - because she would have to join an incoming amphibious assault to retake lands from invaders.

But after seeing John and his family inside her house, they assumed that John killed Rivia and stole her property so those orcs asked him and his family to let them arrest all. When John was trying to solve the misunderstanding, an orc did not cooperate and killed his daughter because he saw her as too annoying in his eyes, it later went worsened.

John was very mad and his mind screamed for revenge so he charged at the orces, attempting to kill all of them to save his only alive wife. Sadly that John was crushed and disarmed after a short fight, the orc soldiers were about to kill him but his wife immediately committed suicide to save her husband.

With John being the only alive one, the orc soldiers arrested him and searched the house for evidence to accuse him of his crime but accidentally found the Royal pendant from the late Princess Graber. Before dying, Graber gifted John's daughter the pendant as a present and while examining the little girl's corpse, they found it...a misunderstanding became another with serious.

John was arrested and transferred to the Palace to meet with the Demon Lord. After questioning him for a few words, the Demon Lord - Darker assumed that he had told her the truth so she released him but asked him to follow her to her private room with another purpose.

While walking with John, Darker explained to him that she met the Goddess once in her dream, that cunning woman expressed that she was bored to see Euro Grant. So she decided to ruin this world slowly, this time using the invasion to witness the world shattered while watching it with her pleasure.

So the Demon Lord asked John to save the world because the Goddess wanted to have a private talk with him...John later vanished and encountered Goddess Katia. After encountering, Katia expressed that she was bored to see this world look so peaceful so she decided to break it.

But she promised that if John could play a role in another world except for Euro Grant, she would reset the timeline and save his wife and Eris. John accepted and shortly being thrown into a world in which dimension had the Third World War, where he would have to survive there for more than 4 years before reuniting with his late wife.

I won't tell anything further about the third world war in this novel, it's just a sub-storyline that I wrote out personally while I was very improvised to this storyline. (The reason I didn't tell is not because it's controversial but because I wrote out that storyline quite bad, I don't have enough imagination to describe the realistic of a brutal and horror world war).

I'm very sorry, my dear readers! But I'll write out a private novel for the Third World War in the next novel, the name "F.R.O.N.D.E.R". Maybe I will write it after this novel or I will delay it to write another novel which has a lighter contention, it's also about the world war, but the storyline is about the little girls who lived through it.

That's just my idea because the contention of that Third World War novel is very enormous, I need time to make it as brutal and scary as possible, will surely write it. Alright, not much talk people! Let's get back to the brief story, I'm very grateful if you're still here to read it :)

After going to the Third World War dimension, John met Reimi and Hatano who were said to be drifted here after the explosion in the ceremony. Reimi and John later fell in love but she sadly died in the last battle, while Hatano was another story for me to tell, about her late father's mysterious disappearance.

According to Hatano when she revealed to John her backstory: She was born with the natural emotionless, not because she was a psychopath but because someone had interfered with Hatano's mind creation. Hatano's late mother - Hannah was told by her father to be a person from Euro Grant, she left her family with a strange purpose "for saving both worlds".

Hatano's father did not die during the incident of the Sword Mountain but was somewhere in Euro Grant, while trying to find his wife to ask her to return to him. Tragically that Hatano could not find her father after going to that world in a month so she was depressed, later being thrown to this war dimension and witnessing her little sister's death in front of her.

Hatano later also died during a battle and John managed to survive in that war for 4 years until it was over completely. He returned and the Goddess promised him, she reset the timeline and John returned as he wanted...but only saw Shera alive, he had been sent back to the ceremony date.

Because John knew about the future so he stopped the ceremony in a hurry, later being arrested by the King and jailed alongside his previous late subordinates. Before being jailed, John had warned King Konig about the dangers if he keeps holding the ceremony so it had been shut off temporarily.

But Warsaw Kingdom had lost its face when its government did not hold the ceremony so King Konig gave money to other Kingdoms as an apology while trying to solve things. After a long time of thinking, he chose this homeland's safety so he handed the ceremony to another Kingdom in the continent, letting them continue the summoning.

Return to Shera, she was very bewildered when her lover suddenly hugged her when she was confessing to him but after seeing John was in danger, she asked her father to release him and others.

The King also suspected and questioned his daughter, later finding out she was in love with the strange man "John". For pleasing his daughter, he released John and others but forced Princess to live in the school for keeping her distance from John, he was very caring about his daughter's happiness.

While being jailed, Shera once came to visit John and heard the story from the timeline that he told her so she wanted to use that story to ask her father to release John quickly. But John while explaining to Shera, he asked her to stay calm and should not love him that quickly. Because he wanted to know about her father's decision, but he still very loved Princess.

After releasing John and his subordinates, King Konig met him face to face and asked him if he loved his daughter or not and...John said yes. Though this father did not welcome John at all since he was a stranger from an unknown nation named United States.

Thinking that John must have been ambitious in something by wanting to marry his daughter, but the father temporarily kept John alive. With the conditions, he must show the King that he loves his daughter truly, while using John to help the King to investigate the recent coup.

Because the King could not find out the perpetrator of the previous coup and this coup was similar to the coup from 10 years ago, a same person. Because he thought that the one who caused the coup 10 years ago and the recent one was a same person, not his young brother. He was too rushed to accuse his young brother without any real evidence.

The King shortly regretted when he believed the Prime Minister's words but he did not blame him or anything, just ask John to solve the case. After ending the meeting, John met Shera and quarreled with her when this Princess misunderstood that he did not love her. Shera had been knocked off by her father when she attempted to kill John and herself to stay with her love forever.

The next morning, John came to Shera's private room to teach her since he was now her tutor while Sarah and Hatano would guard the Palace as guard duties. Princess was still very mad but she tried to calm down to not hurt the one she loves. After that...the teaching time went well and Shera shortly had to go to school to live there because the school would be opened a week later because the coup was over.

But on the school day when Shera was having breakfast with John, her brother, her dad and the Prime Minister, two assassin maids came to kill her and others, but failed. John stopped that fast and careless assassination and rushed to school with Princess while asking Reimi to stay with her to protect the ruler.

John later returned to help his "father-in-law" to investigate the identities of the dead assassins but found nothing special, their parents also died shortly after he visited them.

Back to the story of other characters, Milch and her daughter managed to get to Warsaw safely and she also managed to get her daughter to the school in the capital. While Cily was running away from her Jager homeland to head to somewhere safe with her ill mom and her little sister when everyone know she helped the most wanted person to escape from Jager.

Now back to John: Nothing new had been found during the investigation but not so long after that event, her father-in-law died suddenly. The cause of death was the Prime Minister - this old man was the one who caused both of the coups, he was the one who was behind everything.

During this time, John remembered the letters which Lerer gave him so he pulled them out and secretly handed the letters to Shera, Reimi and Hoster. The letters' contents were about the greets of Lerer to his grandchildren, he admitted that he was not the criminal of the nation but Prime Minister Alt Toten.

The Prime Minister's backstory was the cause of the failure of Warsaw Kingdom for 30 years after becoming King Konig's father's Advisor, here is it. Toten used to be a low Attenta guard 30 years ago, when Warsaw and Attenta were at war and Attenta assassins managed to kill the current Warsaw King and captured the only son, the Prince.

During guarding the captured Prince, this old man asked to help him but with a condition: As the Prince becomes the King after returning to his homeland, he must hand a fine position in the King's court to Alt Toten - a deal. They later made the deal and Alt Toten led the Prince to return to Warsaw easily, he later became the King and bestowed upon the guard that saved him to become his Advisor.

Because Konig's father lack of ruling skills so his Advisor made him look like a puppet, he climbed from the King's Advisor to the Prime Minister. In the next 30 years, Warsaw became spineless and humble before Attenta, they gave their territories (Which are now Attenta's vassal states) to that Kingdom, a weak nation.

But after the father's death, Konig became a capable leader who seemed to have the ability to strengthen his nation so that was why the Prime Minister couped him. The King suddenly died and left the throne to his lazy son and his daughter...during that time, John even seek for stealing the throne by using his beloved lover Shera.

But that was just John's silly improvisation, he just wanted to experience life after becoming the King, but he did not make it but chose to stay beside his beloved Princess. Hoster later became the new King of Warsaw, but the Prime Minister said that the King was inexperienced so he would have to "aid" Hoster, by controlling his actions.

Becoming the King without knowing anything about the ruling, also heard from the Prime Minister that he was his real father, not Konig. Even his tutor Sherry (The one who was his childhood friend and the one who he loves, she didn't help him because he kept complaining about his problems).

So Hoster left the throne, went outside of the society and faced the robbers, the poor people and knowing how lucky he was when he had the authority but did not precious it...he became cruel. After returning to his throne, this King exposed a dark aura of a ruthless dictator, a tyrant whose power was being sealed by the one who claimed to be his real father.

He started letting John love his little sister and even asked John and his subordinates to help him against the Prime Minister in Warsaw's future. To save his little sister from a political marriage, Hoster sacrificed himself to marry Attenta's Princess - Stella, the one he didn't and never love.

Meanwhile, the Kingdom which had been chosen to hold the uncompleted summon ceremony was Ruhe, which had been destroyed but the case was covered up by other Kingdoms for safety.

But not with the current Demon Lord, she sent drones and captured all the scenes of the destroyed Kingdom and shortly deployed B29 planes and other airships to each human Kingdom to warn. Demon Lord showed the disturbing scenes by letting the humans see the recorded scenes which were broadcast from the black and white TVs which were strapped on the airships' surfaces.

The planes and airships later returned to Demon Kingdom with a warning to humans:

If anyone of you dares to hold the ceremony once again, the entire humans would be wiped out within a week. Hero had been summoned, stop the ceremony or die, I warned all of you this because my late father was a human.

Instead of hearing the Demon Lord's warning, the rulers in the humans' Kingdoms kept insisting on holding the ceremony more secretly. Because of their ignorance of believing blindly in their own beliefs but did not believe the one who told the truth, so a massive air invasion was later launched by the Demon Lord.

At first, the troops who were supposed to join the invasion were about 300.000 troops but Darker had rethought and handed the command right to her little granddaughter. Objectives of the previous invasion were slaughtering all humans and annexing their territories to the lands of the demons...but the plan had never been launched.

So the plan had been changed from slaughtering to invading and then withdrawn after successfully killing the Kings, Lords and officials of 15 Kingdoms, by using 30.000 paratroopers for the invasion. The targets of the invasion were the capital cities of 15 humans' Kingdoms, 2.000 paratroopers would be deployed to each Kingdom for the sky invasion.

Though that was the plan of the invasion and Graber would be the only one to command this military operation under the observation of her grandma. But the troops' selection would be under the choice of the Demon Lord, and that kind of plan became terrible when the paratroopers overrun the sky of the Kingdoms.

Instead of using trained soldiers for the invasion, Demon Lord did not do that but drafted the criminals, the poor people, using them as guinea pigs, in a brutal way. About selecting the military officers to join the invasion, she selected the low-rank officers, the ones who were accused of corruption and bad behavior officers.

After deploying those soldiers to the capital cities of each Kingdom, they would follow their duty objectives which were about taking over the streets and buildings for the attack plan in the Palaces. After taking over those military objectives, the soldiers would overrun the Palaces of each Kingdom, killing the rulers as much as possible and then withdrawing by using helicopters.

But being drafted to the lands that they never wanted to go to but had to follow their ruler's demands in order to survive, most of the units were in a rage so they started war crimes. Meanwhile, John, Princess, Reimi and his subordinates were saving the school from the intruders and shortly returned to save King Hoster in the Palace

On the way they went, they managed to steal an armored vehicle from the monster soldiers and drove it to the Palace while disguising it as an allied unit of the invaders. During that time, John and others saw the scene of hundreds of bat drones flying around the sky, strapping into their own soldiers' bodies and self-destructing all of them.

They shortly learned that after receiving the intel from an officer who joined the invasion, Graber was too shocked and handed over the command right to Darker. This grandma immediately commanded the bat drones to be deployed in the battle with the purpose to pursue the soldiers who committed war crimes...all of them later died.

Because the soldiers had died all so the Warsaw troops slowly took over the streets and buildings, everything seemed to be under control. But the invasion failed a bit because only two Kings of the two Kingdoms were still alive very well but did not be killed during the attack in the Palaces (They were King Hoster and Attenta King).

So the Demon Lord decided to use a trump card, using the special operators to storm the Palace in order to kill the Kings and then retreat all. Unlucky that she deployed the special force in Warsaw first and the special operators later faced John and his subordinates, only one survived and Darker later gave up on killing the Kings.

But before ending the withdrawal invasion, she warned the rulers of all humans' Kingdoms not to hold the summon ceremony once again or she would slaughter all the next time. The weapons like guns and military vehicles had been self-destructed by using bat drones or either being placed bombs inside them with the detonating time being set to the next day dawn.

Because of having big achievements in the invasion, John and his subordinates had been bestowed to be the new Lords of Warsaw. They started moving out of the Palace to come to their new lands and began building their own governments and their own military.

Coming to the new lands, John and his subordinates started building their own militaries and governments, Hatano had also built a base in No Man Zone which was named Krieg. About John's and Shera's relationship, they started making the date of their marriage but a very tragic incident shortly happened.

A crazy woman stormed into the school where Shera and her friends were studying, killing a lot of students and teachers there before dying. Because of being shocked, Princess stopped going to school, staying with John, she married him and her mental health was healed thanks to living with her husband.

This time was 9 to 10 months after coming to this world. Sarah once visited a slum in her land with the purpose of helping homeless people, she encountered Lerer - whose hand was now handicapped.

After meeting the homeless, Sarah made out new laws to protect handicapped and homeless people, also thinking about building a small elementary school on her land for the children. About John and Hatano, they managed to invent muskets but lack of gunpowders, which led to the cause Hatano asking King Hoster to let her borrow the mages in order to make gunpowders quicker.

John was shortly summoned to the Palace to have a secret meeting with Hoster and Advisor Sherry when the Prime Minister was away from Warsaw Kingdom. That old man was in Attenta Kingdom to visit Hoster's father-in-law so it was a good time for him to against that old man when he was not in the nation to control Hoster.

King Hoster later asked John to make the Queen get pregnant, because according to his words: At the time the child is born...the war to unify the Great Warsaw Kingdom would begin.

Though John did not willing to have an affair behind his wife but Hoster threatened him. Also promising to hide his guilt, John forced himself to impregnate his sister-in-law.

John managed to impregnate Stella and she was now in her 4 months of pregnancy with his baby, the war only had 5 months left before breaking out, must ally with someone. Because of that reason, King Hoster, John and his subordinates made up a meeting with the rulers of the Elf - Beastmen Continent, to form a military alliance with those non-human nations.

When the meeting was very positive, the place where they were using for the meeting was attacked by strange attackers who seemed to be sent there to break the alliance, not letting it happen. John and his subordinates made out a blood path to save the rulers out of the meeting place...but no one knows Hatano was the one who was behind this secret attack.

During the chaos when all rulers had been saved by climbing out of the well, Hatano asked her little sister to escape while she would stay with John to protect him. But at the time when they were alone, John had been harmed by Hatano...she later took over the control to become the Commander when John was incapable and went into a coma after falling down from the well.

Meanwhile, Lerer had luckily reunited with his daughter - Erissen, though he was very busy with his job and could not meet his daughter regularly. Return to John: After waking up from a coma, he lost his memory completely and became another person.

About Hatano: For preparation for the incoming war, she asked Hoster to make out a new military law. Every student whose age is enough 15 would have to get through military training.

The purpose of the training is for giving the students a healthy life but also to train them to become backup soldiers for the incoming war. It was the purpose of the new law...that was just a lie because it's mainly about training students into killing machines to prepare for the war.

That's what happened in the previous 185 chapters of the novel which has been briefed. The next chapter would begin on the next day (Day 13 of the third Summer, 1173), after Hatano and the Head Hunters unit stormed into the school to train the students about the military.
