CHAPTER 39…HOSPITAL
Outside the emergency room, Timothy was seated quietly in the waiting area. Close to him, Rick stood, leaning against the wall as Megan sobbed her heart out by the side.
A few moments later, Archie emerged from the door at the side. He was surprised to see Timothy sitting quietly at the side. It was very hard for him to believe that the man who had been in his lab earlier in the day, in his usual self was now sitting at the waiting area of the emergency room, looking a shadow of himself.
He went to sit by Timothy and placed a hand on his shoulder. He tapped his shoulder a few times and Timothy snapped out of his trance.
"What did they say?" He asked and Timothy just shrugged.
"No one came out." Rick answered from the side. His hair was disheveled.
"He has not spoken since, right?" Archie asked, having a feeling what might be.
