Chapter 91( Kitsuchi)

With Ren's Final student Kitsuchi, his clone was also beating him, maybe even worse than his other two students.

Kitsuchi's style of fighting really didn't involve escaping as he currently needed most of his concentration to use his fighting style effectively.

( Kitsuchi POV)

"Kitsuchi you must remember even on its own earth release has many different forms and uses, since you have decided to focus solely on earth release, you might as well become the best earth release user ever in the history of the hidden stone.

Now you are only able to change the state of your earth release to mud, but with time and without the use of any other nature release I believe you can show the world the versatility of earth release, now that you can't really move while using it, it's not safe to use when fighting enemies, but once you have practiced it to a certain point I will become second nature to you, so for this exercise, you are only allowed to use this technique and by the end, you should be able to move while using it."

What Ren had said to him before the start of the two months ran in Kitsuchi's head as he looked at the clone.

Truthfully he didn't believe that earth release could have more forms without the use of other nature releases but seeing that Ren had never lied to him, Kitsuchi took his words to heart and made it his mission to find a way.

Kitsuchi could feel the pressure brought on by his team members, even if he never voiced it, Ren could see it clearly.

' I'm the only one without a bloodline release on the team, and I'm already being left behind I need to work harder since I'm the team leader.'

Such thoughts were a mainstay in Kitsuchi's mind, and Ren with all his efforts couldn't help him seeing that his thoughts were in fact true, and lying would only make things worst.

But all of that was before the two months, and as the time was coming to an end the student who made the most progress was undoubtedly Kitsuchi, he still wasn't the strongest of the three but he had caught up to Gari and Ami.

Currently, Kitsuchi was standing on barren earth with no tree in sight, as his eyes were closed, but he wasn't resting.

He was using the sensory Jutsu Ren had thought him, as he tracked Ren's approaching clone.

It wasn't long after his eyes snapped open and he stamped his left foot on the ground.

In response, the earth split open for five meters.

WHOOSH!!

With no delay, a shadow emerged and headed straight for Kitsuchi, and without delay, his hand went straight through Kitsuchi's chest.

But there wasn't any blood, as Kitsuchi turned into mud, and the clone quickly jumped away, which proved to be a smart choice as the mud clone immediately hardened, as the clone was still in mid-air, small pieces of earth started floating and surrounding him and quickly latched on to him covering his whole body, then it hardens.

The surrounding turned quiet as no one was present, and it was long till Kitsuchi shot out of the earth and looked at the still floating hardened piece of earth.

" Substitution Jutsu." says Kitsuchi as he looks at what was supposed to contain the clone.

Not sensing the clone, Kitsuchi once again used his sensory jutsu, and as he did the earth behind him became mud and the clone appeared.

BOOM!!!

One kick to the side of his head sent Kitsuchi fly and the clone quickly ran after him and flipped his palm upwards.

Rumble!!!

The earth shook as a wall raised in Kitsuchi's path and he slammed into it, as blood leaked down his face immediately afterward.

But knowing he had no time to rest, Kitsuchi freed his hands and flicked his fingers in the direction of the approaching clone.

BOOM!

BOOM!

Two square columns quickly rose from the earth and sped in the clone's direction from both sides, but the clone didn't look worried as he jumped and avoided the attack, and quickly made some hand seals.

"earth release: deep swamps."

The clone slammed his hands on the ground and the barren earth in the immediate area changed becoming almost like a river of mud.

" earth release: twin mud dragon." the clone quickly cast another jutsu as two eastern dragons made of mud appeared out of the mini swamp he had just created and headed straight for Kitsuchi.

Kitsuchi wasn't still either as he used a Jutsu of his own.

" earth release: triple earth palm."

The ground burst open as three palms appeared rushing toward the mud dragons, and as the two jutsu collided.

BOOM!!

The two palms and two dragons cancel each other out, and the third palm continued toward the clone.

BOOM!!

As it collided the clone had already dodged but the Jutsu destroyed where it was.

As for the users of the two jutsu, they were nowhere to be seen, as they already knew the outcome, and gave either started another chase or Kitsuchi escaped to rest and get back some chakra.
