Chapter 100

Ren as he moved through Konoha in the form of a boy had already changed his chakra signature with a Jutsu and hid most of his chakra so it would be harder to sense him.

Currently, the amount of chakra in Ren's body that could be sensed was only about the same as a normal civilian child, nothing special, of course, someone with strong enough sensory abilities would be able to sense the truth, and the Hyuga clan's byakugan when active would be able to see the truth, become Ren didn't plan to give them a chance.

As he continued to head towards the Hyuga clan compound, he made sure to always keep track of what was happening around him, as one of Konoha's strongest clans the Hyuga compound was huge, but this just made things harder for Ren.

He planned to kill and take at least twelve branch members, and three main branch members of the clan, amount those that had relatively good eyes.

It didn't take long for Ren to arrive at the Hyuga compound and was now sitting in a tree watching the entire compound.

' There are about fifteen active guards patrolling the compound, seeing that their eyes aren't active it should be easy to slip by them, but I still need to know where the branch and main member's homes are.' thinks Ren.

Ren continued to watch the routine of the guards as a plan formed in his mind, it wasn't the best but it would be enough to get what he wanted.

After waiting for the perfect time, one of the patrolling guards finally entered an area far enough from the others that Ren felt more secure to act.

Without wasting time Ren disappeared as if blending with the shadows and appeared silently behind the Hyuga guard, with one swift movement stuck a kunai into the guard's neck and quickly covered his mouth stopping any sound from escaping to alarm anyone.

And as soon as the guard took his last breath Ren sealed him in a scroll and moved on, there was no blood left on the scene and there wasn't even damage of any kind.

Ren had decided to take his time as he moved through the Hyuga compound, he soon noticed something that he hadn't thought of before.

' The quality of chakra of the branch members and main branch would be different.' with this new train of thought Ren focused on the individuals in the compound one at a time checking the quality of their chakra which was harder than he thought it would be since they weren't using it.

But he was proved correct, he found what he assumed to be the branch family houses.

From checking the chakra quality earlier Ren had already found his targets in the branch family.

Even in the branch family, Ren could sense that there was a difference in chakra quality, one or two was even better than the main branch.

Ren was operating under the assumption that the chakra quality would directly relate to the quality of the person's byakugan which would relate to the purity of their bloodline.

' Bloodlines really are a tricky thing to deal with, the branch family actually has some members with far better bloodline purity than the main branch.' thinks Ren as he moves to the area where the branch families live.

With Ren's abilities, it didn't the long for him to kill his targets in their sleep and take their bodies and move without alarming anyone.

He had ended up taking seventeen branch members as their chakra quality was very good, and even though this would cause serious consequences, Ren didn't care Hiruzen had already given him an alibi in the form of the Anbu ninjas keeping watch on him.

Ren quickly left the branch member's area heading straight for the main household, his only target there was whoever it was who had the best chakra quality in the clan currently, the only problem was that the chakra amount was only chunin levels.

This wasn't really a problem as all of his targets so far were jonin, but this target was either a child or someone old who had started to regress causing his chakra to plummet.

As Ren entered the main branch there were even more guards around but passing them was easy, as he soon came to a house, and appeared standing over a body.

Ren looked down at the old man sleeping on the bed and his eyes flickered.

' With his chakra quality he should have had the ability to be a Kage Level in his prime, time really is the cruelest thing.' thinks Ren.

Ren punctures the man's neck with precision, clearly, after doing it so many times tonight his actions were quick and smooth.

The man didn't even wake up to make a sound as he died in his sleep, and ren took his body then made sure no evidence was left behind as he flickered away leaving the Hyuga compound.

" There will be a lot of movements tomorrow, the village will surely be turned upside down." Ren said as he quickly left the leaf while making sure not to trip any security measure the village has in place and started his journey back to the hidden stone.

" I'll be back before sunrise, I'll care the bodies back to my house in the hidden stone before returning, it won't be a good idea to keep them on me." says Ren as he disappears.
