Transportation array

After his parents told him about the basic arrays that came with the house when he bought it and how it functions, they left.

Chen HaoYu's sister, Chen ZhiYa, has already unpacked her luggage in the second bedroom.

Chen ZhiYa went to the living room and saw his brother and asked him excitedly, "Brother, I heard that you had fixed your magic core. Is that true?"

"Yeah!"

"Wow! Great! I'm happy that you got it fixed! Umm... Do you plan to go back to school?"

"School? Hm, I haven't thought about it yet and I need to start cultivating before I can even go to school." Chen HaoYu said.

"Oh? By the way, what magic energy do you have now? Is it the same as before?"

Shaking his head, he replied, "No, I don't know what it is and I'm trying to figure it out."

"Really? Can you show it to me?"

A while later, Chen ZhiYa felt dizzy staring at him and even her energy felt like it's going backwards which made her feel so uncomfortable just like when cultivators felt cultivation deviation.

"Ugh..." Shaking her head, the dizziness did not subside but at least the feeling of cultivation deviation decreased.

"See? It has an effect of making other people dizzy when they stared for too long and sometimes made them hallucinate but I haven't seen or read it in any books recorded."

Standing up to get Chen ZhiYa a cup of water, he continued, "They also say that they can hear some mumurs coming out of me."

Probably because those people would already look away when they feel the dizziness.

Feeling the dizziness fade away, Chen ZhiYa took a sip and asked, "Other than this, is there anything that happened?"

"Well, currently there's none but sometimes I couldn't sleep properly because I would hear those whispers every night and it's hard to sleep with all those noise."

Ever since Chen HaoYu came back, he had experienced trouble in sleeping as those whispers would be louder during the night or it's just because of the silent night. He knew that he also should not listen deeply into it as he might fall into it.

He had tried listening to those whispers for the first time when he was in that dark space but luckily his legs cramped and he was able to get out of the trance. At that time, he didn't even know that his body was slowly turning into a lifeless shell as his soul was being dragged into chaos.

That's why when he woke up from the cramps, he breath a sigh of relief knowing that the cramps kept him alive and he wasn't absorb by the chaos.

"I see... Sigh, things like wouldn't happen and you could've continue in school if I hadn't force you to go to my school..." Chen ZhiYa was happy to hear that his brother had manage to fix his magic core but now knowing about his hardships, she felt guilty for forcing her brother to go to her school for the event.

"Aiya! What are you talking about? That's in the past! And even if you hadn't forced me, I still would've gone there to surprise you!" Chen HaoYu smiled and comforted his sister. He knew that it wasn't her fault and that it was just an accident.

Even though Chen HaoYu didn't have any memories but from the interaction with this family, he knew that this family was a happy family and treated each other like a treasure.

That's why he is happy to be here and got to meet this family that has some resemblance with his family back on previous world. Yes, he knew that it was selfish to take this happy family for himself when he didn't even know what happened to the original person of this world but since it already happened, he would take this opportunity and love this family like his own family.

"Anyway, what do you plan by staying here at my place? It's your vacation isn't it? Wouldn't you want to go out and accompany your friends?" Chen HaoYu asked.

Chen ZhiYa shook her head and said, "Not for now, I plan to accompany you and help you out if you need help!"

Smiling, he said, "Haha, you don't need to! You should enjoy your vacation!"

"No!"

"Well, whatever it is then. Do what you want to do."

"I will and oh I'll go out and buy some plants, I saw that you had a tree in the backyard. It's so lonely, you should add some flowers beside it."

Thinking that Chen ZhiYa probably thought it was just an ordinary tree, he said, "That's not an ordinary tree but you can put some flowers beside if you want."

"Not an ordinary tree? Then what is it?"

"It's a tree that holds a world, you know the seed of world."

"Seed of world? Are you sure? Because from what I've learned nothing will grow out of those seeds. It's basically just like a transportation array that we could keep in a place and when someone entered the place, they would be teleported to the world."

"Huh? Is that true?"

"Yeah!"

"But... How do I explain this then? Come follow me to the backyard."

Both of them went out to the backyard and when they are standing in the middle of the backyard. Chen HaoYu thought about entering that world.

Soon, both of them felt dizzy for a second then the scenery in front changed into the vast land with a big lake beside the small tree.

"This? Where are we?" Chen ZhiYa asked.

"We entered the seed of world from that small tree."

"What? This is the first time I've heard of that the seed of world can actually grow into a tree..."

Looking around, it was empty with only the lonely tree beside the lake.

"What do you plan to do here? I think it would be nice if we create a place to live."

"Yeah, that's what I also plan but I don't know how will I transport all the things to build in here."

"That's easy, we just need to build a connecting transportation array to bring the things outside to here!"

"I've also thought of that but most of the transportation array are small and those big ones cost so much!"

"True but we don't need to buy one, we'll make it! Good thing the teacher taught us how to make any arrays large."

"But wouldn't it cost more if we buy the materials for the array?"

"I don't think so... Why don't you do the math and see how much it cost?"
