Chapter 25

Alex was so angry at the moment. He was angry at himself. At them. At him! He was angry at himself because he knew it was a trap and even tho he walked right into the trap! He didn't took his bag with his knife! What an idiot! He was angry at them because they attacked him and made this Leafeon to take Alex into the trap! He was angry at him because he did what they told him to do...

Alex wasn't moving until they have attacked again. They hit him in the leg with rocks and in the shoulder with shadow ball again. But this time it was other shoulder.

"Damnit... How is he still standing on his legs?!" Said dog

He started to slowly approaching them.

"Doesn't matter! Keep attacking!" Said the purple one

They continued the attack. Hitting his legs, arms, chest and other parts of the body. Alex could feel everything. Everything was painful. So painful that he could just start crying and beg for mercy. Rocks weren't so painful, however shadow ball was very painful. It was like someone was stabbing you with knife, then burning you with a torch and then bitting you.

Alex was slowly approaching them anyways. He remembers what his Sensei told him "When someone is attacking you don't show that he is winning, instead slowly approach them while taking all hits without showing that it is painful. It will make them think that you are invincible, and if they are smart enough they will surrender or run away."

Alex was still slowly approaching them, when they stopped, and looked at him they were scared as hell.

"It's no use... We can't defeat him..." Said dog

"You... Where is his mother?" Said Alex

They took a step back. They were trembling like they just knew that it was the end for their lives.

"Ho? You don't want to tell me where she is? Then maybe I should make you?" Said Alex while cracking his fingers

Their eyes narrowed and they took another step back. The purple one tripped over a rock and fell to the ground. His big mouth wasn't smiling anymore. On his face was only one thing. Fear. There wasn't curiosity and shock anymore. Just one, huge fear. Dog's face wasn't looking better. On his face was huge fear and disbelief.

"W-what are you?" Said dog

"Heh. Someone that could even challenge Mew himself... So tell me... Where is she? If you tell me... Then maybe I'll let you go..." Alex was now standing in front of them with a grim face "But if you won't... *He cracked his fingers again* Then maybe should I use you as my training bags?"

When they heard that they froze like they were frozen in the ice. If they could change colour, they would be in pure white.

Alex took dog by his neck and lifted him.

The moment Alex looked into the dog's eyes, he saw that he lost all of his hope and accepted his death.

Then Alex came back to his senses.

'What have gotten into me? Why was I so angry? There's something not right here...' he thought

"P-please... I'll show you..." Said barely dog

'*Sigh* Anyways let's continue acting. Maybe they won't find out...' he thought

Alex put the dog down. He looked at the purple Pokémon, he passed out. Alex took him and said

"If you lead me to another trap... This guy's blood will be on your paws... UNDERSTOOD?"

Dog nodded clearly terrified, and started walking. Alex was behind him, and Leafeon was behind Alex.

Leafeon looked scared but he had also some hope.

[Little earlier in the camp]

"Damm you Alex... When you will be back?" Said Bob

Then Alice woke up, she seemed terrified. She looked around and when she spotted Bob, she quickly walked closer to him and said

"Bob? Where is Alex?"

"I don't know. He woke me up and asked me if he can leave the guard to me. When I agreed he left" said Bob little annoyed and sleepy

"Okay... Hmm... Did he said something else?"

Bob fell in deep thoughts and looked at the ground. After some seconds he answered

"He said that he has something to do... But he didn't said what was that... *Bob looks at Alice* Did something happened?"

"I don't know... But I felt very terrifying aura in the forest... I'll go check it out. You will stay on the guard until we get back or John wakes up. If he wakes up, you will pack our camp and wait for us. Understood?"

"Yes captain. But what if something happens to you?"

"I will launch Aura ball to the sky. When it explodes that means something happened. Now I'll be on my way and you will guard the camp" said Alice and left.

"*Sigh* Great... There's nothing better to do than be on the guard when something big is happening... Sometimes I hate this job... *Sigh*" said Bob

[Alice POV]

She was running through the forest like fire was right behind her. She was running towards that terrifying aura. It was pure red aura. That meant someone or something is pure angry.

'Damm... That aura is very strong... What is angry so much? *Sigh* I hope it's not involved with Alex somehow...' she thought

Five minutes later she was there. She saw two Pokémons terrified, Alex in front of them, with lots of marks from hits, and a Leafeon behind Alex.

"... Where is his mother?" Said Alex

'What on Arceus is happening?' she thought

The two Pokémons took a step back from Alex. They were trembling as hell.

"Ho? You don't want to tell me where she is? Then maybe I should make you?" Said Alex

He was terrifying. He cracked his fingers and two Pokémons took another step back. Gengar (purple one) fell to the ground

'Something is not right here... What have gotten into Alex? His aura is pure red... What happened? Hmm... This is suspicious...' she thought

"... are you?" Said Rockruff (the dog)

"Heh. Someone that could even challenge Mew himself..." Said Alex

'Something is really not right here... I have never heard Alex talking like that...'

Everything was getting more and more suspicious. Alex had murderous intentions in his eyes.

"... But if you won't... Then maybe should I use you as my training bags?" Said Alex

'Alex... What are you saying?...' thought Alice with disbelief

He took Rockruff by his neck and lifted him. When Rockruff was on his eye level, his aura changed. From pure red, to navy blue with some black stripes.

'Something is really not right here... How can he be very angry at one moment and at another be surprised and ashamed?... Maybe something was controlling his actions?' she thought

"If you lead me to another trap... This guy's blood will be on your paws... UNDERSTOOD?" Said Alex

'Hmm... If he isn't controlled anymore then why did he said that?... Maybe to not let them find out... Yeah, that must be it...' she thought

They started walking. Rockruff is leading them. Alex without wasting a second, jumped on the tree branch and followed them.
