Second test

After the disruption that occurred between Dylan, Kyle and the noble girl Rose Matthews an examiner stepped in and tried to get all the children back into line so that the magical ability test could continue, Rose stormed off after she regained her composure she had been embarrassed by not just another noble but also a commoner, nobility being embarrassed by a commoner was practically unheard of and she wanted to punish the commoner boy but she could not since Dylan Blake was there and he was protecting the boy so she couldn't do anything about it except walk away and curse their names under her breath. Dylan was about to step back into his place in the line when the examiner stopped him and said "Since you and that commoner boy felt it was necessary to disrupt the magical ability test then why don't you and him demonstrate your magical ability next", the examiner clearly wanted to embarrass him and Kyle in front of the other children since they both caused a large commotion earlier, but what the examiner didn't expect was that both boys happily walked to the front of the line clearly eager and prepared to show of their magical abilities, Kyle stepped up first, he started to channel a large amount of mana, he combined both his fire and wind magic together to create a powerful wave of fire, everyone present was caught off guard by the sheer power of the magic being shown, but while everyone else was amazed by this spectacle Dylan was thinking of something crucial that he seemed to overlook earlier 'When I sensed that boys mana earlier I noticed that he had and affinity for fire, wind and light magic, but if he is from a demonic origin like you say why do I not sense and affinity for darkness within him' Dylan's other half responded after a few seconds of silence 'I am a bit disappointed that it took you that long to notice that but to tell you truthfully I also don't know, demonic beings are always born with an affinity for dark magic even the lowest ranked demons have an affinity for it, but no matter how I look at it that boy should be able to use dark magic but it seems he can't'. After hearing that Dylan remained silent, that boy is extremely peculier, he has a demonic origin and yet he can't even use dark magic, but Dylan could worry about thinks about that later since right now he had to demonstrate his magical ability to the examiner. "So does that mean I pass?" Kyle asked the examiner with a mischievous smile on his face, the examiner was once again in shock, how could this child be skilled in swordsman ship and magic to this degree, but as an examiner and as an adult the male examiner had to try and keep his composure, in a slightly flustered voice he said "Yes you passed" , with a happy expression on his face Dylan walked over to the sideline, all the children stared at him in disbelief, the magic he used was extremely powerful but not only that he didn't even use a chant.

Dylan couldn't help but smile at the scene that was unfolding in front of him and a smile appeared on his face, he couldn't help but feel that him and Kyle behaved very similarly, Dylan now felt even more motivated to but at the same time he wondered why he didn't demonstrate his light magic since he had an affinity for it as well as fire and wind. Not waiting for another second Dylan stepped up and prepared to show off his own magical ability, he thought to himself what elements he should use and what spells, after a short period of thought he decided to go with, lightning, earth, ice, water and fire magic, to begin with he decided to create a fire tornado, he focused his mana and imagined it moving rapidly in a circular motion and just like he pictured a tornado of fire started to appear, it was 18 feet tall, even though Dylan could make it a lot bigger he decided against it since he could already see the scared and worried faces of the people around him, he was about to stop the tornado but then a fun idea entered his mind, he lifted his hand up and faced his palm toward the tornado, he closed his hand into a fist and as he did that water formed around the tornado and engulfed it, Dylan then froze the water in its place and marvelled at his work, it looked like a ice sculpting master had sculpted and 18 ft tall sculpture of a tornado, Dylan turned around and faced the crowd of people that were starting at the phenomenon with astonished faces Dylan smiled and said. 'What do you think?' Right after he said that he snapped his fingers and the ice shattered into pieces and the sculpture was no more as if it was never existed in the first place, Dylan was about to continue the demonstration of his magic power but he was interrupted by the examiner who ran up to him and grabbed his shoulders, Dylan was surprised by this, "You-you can use 3 different elements" Dylan wanted to interrupt the examiner and say that he could use more that 3 but after the examiner shouted that out multiple examiners and children started to approach Dylan with shocked expressions on their faces, Dylan had no idea what was going on "You're a genius, you can use 3 different types of elements a genius that's only seen in 1 in 10 million people", Dylan just looked around at all the people staring at him with excited faces, he looked over at Kyle who was laughing hysterically at his situation, it was at that moment that Dylan realised why Kyle was hiding his triple elemental affinity, because he knew that if he showed it off then he would be swarmed like this.

Dylan tried his best to get away but more and more people just kept crowding him and he felt as if he was drowning in between all these people, at that moment Dylan slightly regretted showing off and at this moment he made a mental note to try and be more careful about what he shows other people.
