A New Rebirth

As Cyrus, Casey, London, Sophia, Cole, Austin, Dez, Boulder, Twilight, Starlight and Sunburst got a look at Penny's new look, they wowed as Penny had now gained conscious once again. Penny was looking at her dress with a bit of uncertainty in her eyes. "I . . . I've never seen anything like it in my life", Cyrus said. "Ha, Penny's a new . . . look, awesome", Casey said as she hugged Penny while being carful not to get her wet. "I've heard of this before, you must have enheartened a great deal of ancient magic for something like this to have happened", Boulder said. "I'm getting some flashbacks but i don't mind", London said as Twilight walked up to London. "This must be familiar to you as well", Twilight said. "Sadly it is, twice actually now", London said. Cole then went up to Penny. "You look just like a ruler", Cole said as he and Penny hugged. "That's because she is ruler", Stacy said as she floated down to the ground. "What", everyone but Stacy said as Penny gained a confused look on her face. "Hold on a sec there. Who even are you at all", Sophia said. "Stacy Gravely", Stacy said. "Grandma", London said. "Why yes my dear London", Stacy said. "How is this possible? My mom told me you died before i was even born", London said. "Your right, I'm not alive, alive. I'm in my spirit form", Stacy said. London then figured it out as Penny spoke. "A . . . A ruler? What does that mean? Am i a queen or something", Penny said. "Well half a princess. For now. You have shown great determination, cheerfulness, loyalty and so much more. Myself and a few other spirts decided to see if you could handle our power and you showed us that you could. By wizard creed, the new ruler of the wizards . . . is you", Stacy said. "I . . . I can't be a ruler. I can't even be a princess or a royal. I was just told about this and you expect me to take the throne", Penny said with fear in her voice. "It doesn't work like that to a t, you don't rule by yourself, but rather with your friends and family. I think you know the rest of it", Stacy said as she hugged Penny and London. "I'll miss you", Penny and London said. "Me two", Stacy said as she then started to fade away. "I hope you the best", Stacy said as she disappeared into thin air. "Well that was something", Starlight said. "So do we get like a castle or something to live in", Penny said. "Maybe a castle that grew out of the ground", Sunburst said. "I don't think a tree shaped castle would suit her", Twilight said. "You sure that was tree shaped cause it looked like someone was giving us the . . . wait you don't have fingers", Austin said. Just then, a crowd of people circled around the conversation with there phones at the ready. "Wizards exist", Someone said. "Magic really is real", Another said. "We need to broadcast this", Another said. "What do we do", Penny said. "Something that i should have done long ago", Boulder said as he got the crowds attention. "Hello everyone. As you can see, magic is real and wizards exist and I'm pretty sure you know the rest. "We kept this a secret for centuries because of a very . . . tragic accident. That was wrong of our kind to do and now without much choice, we welcome magic back to earth", Boulder said. "And who will run this new society", The crowd said. "Well sleepy Joe is lost right now so i think we know", Boulder said as he looked at Penny. "I'm a teenager though. An immoral one but I'm still one in age though", Penny said. "Ahh whatever though can we like have a party of your status now", Dez said. Just then, The crowd bowed down at Penny as they shouted Penny's name over and over again. 

The next week . . . 

"I have to say this is gonna be a great coronation party. Also thank you for letting me be the DJ for this", Cyrus said. "Least i could do. Now where are the balloons and confide? We need this party to be perfect cause today is when Penny officially takes rule so we need this to be perfect", London said. "It's just a special gathering of important people for a special event that could change the course of history", Dez said. "That's exactly why dude", London said. "I got the balloons and such", Casey said. "Thank you", London said. "Do we also need to hide the you know what", Casey said. "Of course", London said. "But it's a little too big to hide cause we . . . live there", Casey said. "We need to keep it a surprise you know", Austin said. Just then, Wyatt and Teagan came in with a few loads of food. "You wanted the finest sandwiches here", Wyatt said. "Wyatt, Teagan, so glad you two could make it. Hope your not too mad we had to send you home", London said. "Oh don't worry about that", Teagan said. "We have sandwiches to deliver now", Wyatt said. "That didn't make sense but I'm going with it", London said. "Just then, London looked outside to see Penny and Cole practicing her powers. Penny was still working on them but getting a bit better. London gave Cole a signal to keep going as she went inside. "We should be ready by tonight if it all goes well", London said. "Got all the song's ready", Cyrus said. "Good to hear", London said. Everyone else then went to work as to prepare for this party. It was gonna be a big one as it was for Penny as you know why this was happening. The only struggle was getting ready for the time of tonight. The best time for real chaos.
