8 Arriving in Essos

After Thornir killed the leader of the group and the other two following, he looked over to where Stygard, Thorell and Aranir were at and saw that they were finishing up with their battle as they were just destroying their opponents.

After they were done they walked over to Thornir "Thornir we are done here and looks like you finished off the boss" said Aranir

"Yes they were quite weak, so it was nothing but how was your first real fight?" Asked Thornir since he saw that all three of them were quite calm to kill somebody for the first time.

"I feel amazing, in fact the fight was so easy that I didn't even have to use any advanced moves since the enemies were slower than when we were training with you" Said Stygard

Thorell and Aranir nodded in agreement "Well these people don't have magic like I do nor are they as strong as I am, so I see why you say that, but forgetting about them, let's loot their bodies for anything good before we go" Aranir and Thorell nodded and left to go loot the bodies while Stygard stayed to see how they would get across the sea.

"So Thornir how will we travel across the sea because I don't see any boat nearby or any ship unless you plan to create one" Said Stygard since if Thornir did that he wouldn't even be surprised

"That is exactly what I plan to do and by using magic I can also get us to Braavos within a week or so" said Thornir.

"Braavos, That's the city in Essos right, one of the Free cities located there" said Stygard

"Yes, it seems that somebody remembers what I taught them" Said Thornir. He was referring to throughout the 6 years he taught all of them about the world and the various important cities, houses and some of the history, well not all the history only what he knew from watching the show and reading a little bit of the books.

Anyway, Thornir had turned around and faced the ocean as he put his hands up. As soon as he did this, Thornir had used his magic to break up some trees in the forest into logs and started creating a Medium sized boat that he and his clan could fit in with their supplies.

Using his magic it only took him a few seconds to cut the trees into logs which he then split those logs up and started creating a boat.

The boat only took a few minutes to make, and by this time Thorell and Aranir had finished looting the bodies and Stygard had grabbed the supplies that they brought with them that would last them until they got to Braavos.

And if they somehow run out of supplies while they are still on the boat, they can just catch some fish from the water to last them.

After the boat was complete, Val and Dalla were amazed at how sturdy it looked, and they could also see that it had some magic inside the wood, but they also noticed that the boat didn't have any sails.

"Thornir the boat doesn't have any sails so how is it going to move in the direction that we want it to" Asked Dalla

"We don't need sails, I can just use water and wind magic to guide the boat where I want it to go, so there is no need to worry" Said Thornir

"Of course" Said Val, "I should have guessed you would have used magic to steer the boat"

"Hey I'm not that predictable now come on" Said Thornir as he protested

"You definitely are"(x2) Said both Dalla and Val as they ignored Thornir and boarded the boat

'I'm not that predictable I only use magic probably 70% of the time' Thought Thornir

But instead of thinking about that too long, he just left it at that and boarded the boat with everybody else.

Once everybody was onboard, Thornir used water magic to lift the boat into the ocean and sail towards Braavos which he knew the location of because he tamed or more like controlled a Raven and used it to traverse the sea.

The boat in question was big enough to fit about 15-20 people and had a room below deck that could be used for when they rest.

Thornir had created 16 wooden paddles that he would place 8 on each side of the boat and they would row the boat when he needed to rest. How exactly will they do that, well he imbued them with magic which will allow him to rest while they row the boat.

He couldn't give them advanced commands such as have them float and move about like in Beauty and the Beast, and could only have them row in a certain direction.

He could just have them row for the entire trip, but then it would take 2 months just to reach Braavos, so he will only use them when he needs to rest and recover some of his magic.

Meanwhile, a couple of minutes had passed, and the shore was already out of sight, as they could only see the forest now and a small island called Skane right next to them.

Everybody knew this was going to be a long trip so some of them went below deck and started creating a place for them to sleep while some stayed above deck and watched the sea as they were sailing.

Thornir didn't know exactly how long it had been, and eventually he lost track of time and could only count the days as the time went by.

Eventually a week and 4 days had gone by and Thornir and his clan had arrived at Braavos which he has to say is a very good-looking city especially with the statue that stands at the entrance.

As he entered the city, he saw some big ships that were docking and some small ones like his as well. He didn't waste any time and quickly docked.

Before he entered the city, of course, he had used illusion magic to make it seem like people were rowing the boat so that he didn't arouse any attention from anybody in the city.

Once they had successfully docked, Thornir and everybody else exited the boat as they took their first step towards a brand-new adventure. Who knows what challenges await them.
