24 Trainee Gathering

"Minjae, it's right here. Everything starts here my friend..." Sehun looked at the entrance of the building with an intense desire to just burst right through it. There was literally fire inside of his retinas.

"Calm down Sehu-" Jaemin was about to tame the beastly Sehun from doing anything that could destroy his image, but got intrerrupted by a system notification.

[ Quest: Slap Sehun! ]

{ Simply do as the title says, slap Sehun, and do it hard. }

[ Reward: 5 AP, 5 SP ]

Wait.....

Did this system just turn masochistic again? He still remembered quite vividly about his dark past as a fetus..

Just when he thought the system was giving him easy quests, this happened, which completely destroyed his future hopes and dreams for this system.

He wanted to live a life where he didn't have to harm the innocent, he'd rather harm himself instead, is what he should be thinking.

Oh~ his poor mother, the pain she must have endured at that time. He could have chosen to not torture his mother....

Will he have to hurt more people again?

Yes he will! Because too bad that he is a rotten and wicked man who only cares for himself.

"Self-benefit comes first, sorry Sehun." Jaemin unclenched his fist, while then eventually making his right hand as flat as possible and swung his arm fiercely in the direction of Sehun's spotless face.

* CLAPPPPP!!! *

"Aaah. Ouch, Minjae why!?" Sehun held both hands on his right cheek, which turned cherry red after Jaemin had slapped it with all of his strength.

"Dude, I could feel your lust fucking surrounding you, you pervert." Jaemin wasn't going to tell him that he did it for a few little points would he? What he said wasn't exactly wrong either, he was really anticipating on how the party was going to turn out, a bit too much to be exact, his eyes were giving off signs of extreme desire. Like a manifestation of the deadly sin itself.

He had that as well, he just didn't show it.

[ Quest Completed! ]

[ Rewarded: 5 AP, 5 SP! ]

If he got quests like this everyday, he would be able to max out every attribute and skill in existence some day.

He didn't really need any upgrade in particular, so he just decided to save his points for now.

"Minjae, I don't know about you, but I'm going, cya!" Sehun didn't even look back at him and stepped inside of the doorway with no hesitation.

....

He quickly tried to follow him, but the system interrupted him yet again with another notification.

[ Chain Quest: Image Creation #1, Bad Boy ]

{ Your image is something you truly would need to pay a lot of attention to. To successfully make use of that fact, use the image that would probably be the most suitable for your future, which is the one of a bad boy. #1 = Part 1 = The image you show at the party/gathering. }

[ Reward: 10 AP, 20 SP ]

Gosh...

A bad boy?

He is usually cold and indifferent towards others, which are some of the qualities a bad boy had. But all the other aspects of a bad boy don't apply to him at all. He has a lot of confidence as well, but he doesn't show that off as much as bad boys do.

If the system defines a bad boy as the kind off bad boy that causes problems almost everywhere, then he was very screwed, since he couldn't afford to try that. If famous people would take even one step in the wrong direction, then they could say farewell to their careers. If not, then it would probably be a bit like how Im Jaebum from GOT7 acts.

A bit cool, indifferent, calm, charming and sometimes a bit flirty? He could do that easily, it's just that the system didn't really clarify on what it regards as a bad boy.

Jaemin just decided to follow his intuition, if he fails, then he fails. Everyone makes mistakes, and although he would really like those skill points, he didn't really urgently need them either.

His clothes ironically currently fit the bad boy concept a bit, since his t-shirt was gray and his jacket and pants were black. He had a bit of jewelry equipped as wel, a silver wristband, ring and necklace. They weren't super expensive, but they weren't cheap either. He still had to spend a bit of money for them. That amount of money was nothing for him, a building owner, though.

He did this intentionally, since he had to look his best in front of all the other trainees.

He didn't forget what the quest had tasked him to do and walked inside, seeing tons of young people.

He didn't recognize a lot of them, but he saw some JYP trainees here and there. His main objective was to find Sehun, since he just disappeared. He needed his right-hand man, since he hadn't spotted his other true friends.

"Isn't he that famous young model?"

"Hey, you're right! The one with the rising star title, isn't he?"

"Aigoo(~), he is so handsome!"

"His name was Kim Min-jae right?"

The trainees were whispering all kinds of things between themselves, and he could hear some of the details of those discussions.

They recognized him, which was to be expected.

He wasn't a famous actor or idol, but he had garnered quite some attention for himself as a model, and that attention kept growing and growing, until it made him a little bit more well-known in Korea.

Probably only trainees and some youngsters would recognize him though, since he had only appeared in magazines and a few news articles. Nothing too big, he thought.

He looked around to find Sehun and accidentally stumbled upon someone else who he was good friends with, Jinyoung!

And, he was actually hanging around with BamBam!

So they had already become friends even before there debut? The only ones the group was missing was Youngjae, Jackson and Mark, while the rest had already gotten acquinted with eachother!

Youngjae was a bit of an issue though, since he would be the eigth member of the group, if Jaemin was taken into consideration.

Youngjae had only been a JYP trainee for about half a year before he made his debut in GOT7, his vocal talent was a tad better than JB, but couldn't be compared with his own.

The majority of fans also like Youngjae the least, since his visuals are a bit lacking compared to the other members. That didn't mean he wasn't handsome though, he really was. It's just that the other members had more charm than him.

So he was confused, would it become GOT8 or GOT7? And if he would be to replace Youngjae, would GOT7 debut earlier than before?

Clueless, he was clueless.

He can guess what could happen, but he couldn't be a 100% sure.

He looked around a bit more, to see if Mark was at the party, but he couldn't see him anywhere, since there were too many people blocking the view. So he eventually just went to Jinyoung and BamBam, who he hadn't met yet.

"Yo Minjae! You're here as well?" Jinyoung had quickly noticed him even when the distance between them was pretty large.

"Yeah, and who is...?" Jaemin looked in the direction of BamBam, pretending not to know him. Cause It'd be weirder if he knew his name when he hadn't even seen him once.

"This is BamBam, and yes, it's his real name. He is a trainee at JYP as well, he even sleeps quite close to us, which is in the fourth dorm." Jinyoung was waiting for him to introduce himself.

"Yo, I'm Kim Min-jae, born in January 1995" He introduced himself a bit more informal than he used to, to fit the image he was going for.

"Ah hello, my official name is Kunpimook Bhuwakul, but you can just call me BamBam." He bowed a firm 90 degrees, probably because he was his hyung(~)"

They talked for a bit to get to know each other, and bought a few drinks at the bar.

When Jaemin had finally sat down and had found a group he could talk closely with, Sehun approached him out of nowhere.

"Minjae, I really envy you, you know that?"
