152 Unwilling to part

One hour before the time Mrs. Walker had told Oliver to return home, Liam was already at the estate. Of course, he wouldn't want to piss her off for any reason.

It was already dark since it was 9 o'clock at night, but the lights all over the estate illuminated the place. The trees and flowers gave the place a serene look.

Liam was about to drive over to Oliver's place, but Oliver suggested Liam stop at their block and he would walk down to his. Not willing to argue, Liam did just that, but made sure to walk Oliver down to his block.

They had gone to the opera house, went to a pizzeria, played games; there were times when Liam unintentionally held his hand and pulled him along with him, and now Liam was walking him home. Was this a date or not? How did dates usually end again?

Oliver's cheeks reddened when it struck him. He doubted that would happen.
