149 Dashing

Oliver looked at his reflection in the mirror. It's been days since he last looked at himself properly. His hair had grown longer, he looked thinner and paler, and the usual glow on his skin was nowhere to be found. His eyes were also dull. He tied his hair into a bun, making a mental note to get a haircut later. He wasn't sure where Liam was taking them, but he hoped he was not overdressed or underdressed in the white turtleneck, brown chinos, and black loafers he wore. He doubted he looked good. To him, he looked awful.

Looking at his hands, he considered leaving them bare, but after spending a few seconds looking at them, he decided it was best to cover them. It was different when he was with Liam. He didn't have flashes that haunted him. But now that he was alone, he could not stop it.

A knock on the door made him move away from the mirror to open the door. It was Paulina.

"Your friend is downstairs." She informed him in a gentle tone.
