The Meet-up

"Deagon!" I whined, uncontrollably laughing. He laughed tickling me even more. I pushed him up, flipping on top of him. I gently kissed him on the lips, sliding off of him. "That was..." I cut him off sitting on his lap. "Very fun" I finished, getting off of him and slipping his sweatshirt on. I have always felt safe with him, and him the same. We love each other. That is when I turned into a Beast. Someone kicked open the door, driving me to the chair. I groaned, touching my temple. No blood, as always. I opened my eyes, to find the room wrecked. I looked around, finding signs of struggle. No...It can't be...."Deagon?" I whispered, dragging myself up. I could not save him.

I wake up, startled. I sigh and throw the covers off, getting up. It has been 140 years since I have seen him. My name is Alice Smith and I am a hybrid. A vampire and wolf, adding to my "special ability". I am an FBI agent. The main reason is to kill and ask questions. Mostly, I try to find Deagon. He was my best friend and lover. I miss him, much dreadfully. I must know if he is alive, or dead. I can handle anything. Someone knocks on my door. I quickly put on black leather pants and a black sweatshirt, running down the stairs. I opened the door, finding a man. "Hello, May I help you?" I ask gently, examining him stealthily. He has blonde hair and intense blue eyes that a human can't handle. I am not human. "Are you...Alice Smitch?" He askes, pronouncing my name wrong. I laugh and open the door, letting him in. "Smith. Alice Smith." I fix, walking to the kitchen. "I'm James Stark" he greets, his hand out. "I do not... like hand-things" I smile, apologizingly. He nods, stuffing his hands into his pocket. I make coffee quickly, putting his cup on the table. Just as I walk to put my cup on the table, he stops me. " I'm here because I wanted to meet you." he says, gently. "Why must you meet me?" I ask, confused "I'm... your new partner." he says sheepishly, running a hand through his hair. "What the Hell, Chris?!" I yell, slamming my cup on the table. This... This is going to be a long day.
