Chapter 170: The Clown is Coming

It was past 11 PM when Su Chen finally dropped Tang Yun back at the municipal committee compound. Before that, the two had gone to Ocean Apartment because Tang Yun needed to change back into her previous clothes and park the Ferrari there.

As Su Chen's BMW stopped at the front door of Building No. 2 of the municipal committee, Pei Rou was already coming out.

"Did you have fun?"

Pei Rou asked with a grin, but the implication behind that smile was unmistakable.

"Yeah, it was pretty fun," Su Chen nodded before asking, "Auntie, why haven't you rested yet?"

"Of course, I was waiting for you two!" Pei Rou said with a smile, "How could I rest easy without you guys back?"

"Don't do this in the future," Tang Yun said with a touch of moved concern.

"It's fine, next time if it's this late, no need to come back. Just give a call to let me know you're safe," Pei Rou instructed naturally.
