After around 30 minutes all of them were back and joined the training.
"You have to understand the energy inside of you and how it behaves. For example, dragons already have powers of Nature for being ancient beasts. Where does the fire come from?" Astri says and points at Cyprian.
"From my belly. My core." He answers.
"Exactly. There's a difference between core and lungs. Wind and fire are things that are not possible to hold in your hands like rock and earth. However, you can create it…" She says.
She takes a deep breath and blows fire through her mouth, then she moves her hands to make the fire go to where she wants, like a dance.
"...and manipulate it with your energy." She says and then punches the fire creating an explosion.
