Switches can break or connect a Circuit.

A single room may contain within it, a circuit with many switches (points through which energy can be manipulated within a space by either switching or switching off the Circuit).

To completely isolate the Room, ensure all switches are turned off and be sure to note that there may be concealed switches you may fail to take note off. (This is the Field Isolation Jutsu via Circuitry Manipulation).

As long as a single switch is on, energy within the Room can be manipulated though the range of energy manipulation may be limited.

Devices in the Room that are not usually turned off such as Fridges and Freezers become constant entry manipulation points so be especially wary of devices within a room that you don't usually turn off.

Basically, break as many Circuit Switches as you can and be especially wary of the ones connected to devices you don't usually turn off and be conscious of the possible existence of hidden switches.
