CHAPTER 35 - Dark Plot ÷ Surprise Attack
~Bam!~
As Peter swiftly spun around he saw a couple arrows flying towards him.
These arrows were coated in blue glowing auras as they arrived before him.
~Boom~
They all exploded at once releasing mighty blasts of energy which took Peter by surprise — sending him flying backwards and crashing into a large curtain of cobwebs.
Garciel stared at the curtain of cobwebs with a cold gaze — as he waited for Peter come out.
As he stood there, one of the village warriors came to his side and said;
"Do you think he's alive?"
Garciel narrowed his eyes and shifted uneasily.
According to what Lord Richter told them, Peter was not really a mage but someone who wielded a powerful magic equipment.
But like all magic equipments, he knew that Peter couldn't use it constantly without charging it with magic crystals — and he had been watching Peter constantly in the village but he never saw Peter doing anything as such.
