**Cup of coffee **

Patricia swallowed her pride " I'm sorry Naina for asking about your son" Patricia stood up and stormed out of the dining room.

Samuel looked at his mother " Mom, what happened here? Why was she yelling?" Samuel asked, he never liked Patricia at all.

" Don't mind her, I was thinking of when we should visit your sister-in-law and the baby "Naina said.

" Mom, you know if anyone finds out about this, we will be putting their life in danger, let's just continue living, like we were doing for 5 years," Samuel said.

Naina's mood instantly turn black, when she heard what her son said " No one will know about this if you don't want to go, I will go alone " Naina said

" Mom.... you can't " Samuel wanted to say something but his mother took words from his mouth. " If you are not going to tell me how I should visit them, just shut up," Naina said.

Samuel did not want to say something that would make his mother's mood turn black, thus he walked out of the dining room without saying anything.

** Back to Melody and Brian.

Brian parked the car at the park a lot.

Melody was hesitant to say something, she wanted to invite, Brian for a cup of coffee but she did not know how to say it " uh... Mr. Williams, I don't know how to thank you for what you did today, " Melody said.

Brian smirked when he heard Melody say " It's my pressure, to help Ms. Brown," Brian said, looking at Melody, he tried to read her mind, but he could not.

Melody looked at Brian with a flushed appearance, she wanted to invite him, but she did not know how

' How can I ask him out? What will he think of me? ' Melody went to thinking mode

' how about I just say Sir to show you how thankful I am, can I invite you for a cup of coffee '

'Oh my gosh! why do I have to give myself a headache with such a simple thing '

Melody was busy thinking that she failed to notice Brian who was observing her facial expressions.

Brian unbelt his seat belt, leaned forward, and faced Melody. Melody's heartbeat quickened when she saw Brian leaning forward to her and her eyes widened in shock when she thought he was going to kiss her.

" Sir... what are you doing?" Melody managed to ask, she had a desire to move closer, remove the mask, and touch every corner of his face.

' Since when do I have such a dirty mind ' Melody thought looking at Brian, even though he was wearing a mask, she could see that he was handsome.

Brian smirked when he saw the effects he was having on her. " I wanted to unbelt your seat belt," Brian said innocently, he unbelt her seat belt and went back to his posture.

Melody's face turned red, because of embarrassment, she wanted the ground to swallow her." Oh, If you don't mind, can I invite you for a cup of coffee, to thank you for what you did for me today? " Melody finally said.

Brian smiled hearing Melody inviting him for a cup of coffee.

" I didn't mind Mrs. Brown, how can I refuse such a beautiful lady like you asking me out "She Said. with a wink

Melody felt her pulse in her throat by what Brian said, she wanted nothing but to bury herself alive, " uhhhh" she cleared her throat

" Sir I'm not asking you out but, I want to thank you for coming with me to Alexander's new school," Melody said.

Brian's grin stretched ear to ear, he was amused by his soul mate " Don't worry, I understand" Brian said with a smile.

Melody looked at him in disbelief, her lips parted, she wanted to say something, but her voice could not come out.

Brian saw how lost Melody was and decided to help her.

" We should go now, Ms. Brown," Brian said.

And snapped out of her dilemma.

" Right, we should go, " Melody said as she opened the door and got out of the car, she walked quickly as she could trying to erase the distance, but who was she kidding, Brian used his vampire's speed in no time he was walking next to her, Melody did not notice anything, because she was lost in her dilemma.

** Underwater

A castle floating above the sea floor with a golden aura around it, along with transparent walls, its main entrance covered with moss on each side. Inside the castle, a Huge man was seen sitting on the throne, his body was covered in the fish scale, but he was a human they were called underwater, Vipers . He was scary and he had that aura that can make a person weak in the knees.

" My lord, please don't make my daughter suffer, because you want the next king, she is finally happy, please let her be " Amelia pleaded with a cracked voice.

The King gave her a deadly glare, he was shaking in anger, and his hands clenched into fists,

" How dare you say such a thing? I saved your life, in exchange for your daughter's son, what changed? " The King asked, anger evident in his voice.

Amelia felt her muscle quivering at what the king said, he wasn't going to let her off the hook.

" I'm sorry but I didn't know that my daughter will ever have a child, please spare them, she is your blood after all " Amelia pleaded.

The King had a crooked expression on his face " Listen very carefully when the time is right I will take that boy, understand? " the king said.

his face started reddening because of so much anger, he was still good to her because there were other people in the castle.

" Guards, take this woman away " the king roared as he was trying hard not to punch her face.

The guards took Amalia to the cell, even though she didn't want to, but she had no other choice, it was time for her to face the music.

" Hahaha, hahaha " the king laughed when he saw Melody, Brian, and Alexander together " enjoy while it still lasts. "

Both Brian and Melody entered a restaurant and took their seats.

Melody peeked at Brian, she wanted to ask which coffee he liked but she was afraid that he would get the wrong idea as he did in the car.

Brian was enjoying her facial expressions.

' What is she thinking about? She looks cute in her thinking mode. ' Brian was amused by her reaction.

" Waiter " Brian called a waiter who was nearby.

The waiter rapidly went to their tables, because he saw his madam boss.

" Good morning Mam and sir, what can I do for you? the waiter asked, bowing his head.

Brian looked at Melody, he was waiting for her to say something, but she kept her mouth shut.

" Please bring us two cups of coffee with no milk," Brian said looking at Melody, but she said nothing.
