I don't want to hurt you

Smiling sheepishly at the man, she said weakly, "Hi, President Du."

With a stiff tone, he said, "You missed your dinner."

She quickly packed her stuff before he gets angrier. There was once when she was so busy with work that she merely ate simple convenience food for two weeks.

When he saw her again and noticed that she got thinner, he was so worried that he made her eat so much that she went into a food coma.

"I didn't miss my dinner," Her brain was running at 3000 miles per hour as she tried to think of a good response,"I'm merely eating later than usual. So, you don't have to be angry about this."

He knocked her once on the forehead lightly.

"Ouch!" She pouted as she glanced at him.

"Don't try to lawyer your way out of this." He then kiss her on her warm lips. He lingered there for a while before pulling apart. With a much gentler voice, he said, "I'm not angry at you. I'm just worried about you."

Glad that he was not angry at her, she leaned into his embrace and asked, "Have you eaten?"

"No. I was waiting for the new kid to finish her work."

She frowned, "You should have told me!"

"Every time you forget your meals, so would I. Maybe you would want to consider eating more often than thinking about how to get out of this."

He had officially made her felt guilty about missing her dinner. Without thinking, she spoke out loud, "Working here is so annoying!"

When he narrowed his eyes at her remark, she quickly tiptoed and kissed him. It worked because the lines on his forehead smoothed over.

Without separating their lips, he lifted her up and she instinctively wrapped her legs around his waist as she teased him by nibbling his earlobe.

DX groaned softly as he felt his pants getting uncomfortably tight by the seconds. Pushing his bulge against her bottom, he whispered seductively, "Stay over tonight?"

It had been a while since they were together so without missing a beat, she agreed to it..

DX sent a message to his head butler while Kai Xin messaged her mum to let her know that she would be staying in office tonight.

They then went to Hotel W and went straight to DX's personal Presidential suite. When they arrived, their dinner was already there and spread out for them to feast on before they begin 'exercising'.

Both of them ate just enough to keep the pangs at bay. They were hungry but not so much for the physical nourishment. In fact, food was the furthest thing in their mind. Had it not been the fact that Kai Xin had not eaten, he would have jumped her immediately.

The moment they were done, DX didn't wait for another minute before he started tearing the clothes off her.

"DX! That's my favorite blouse!" She said, slightly annoyed as she glanced at her poor blouse.

As he felt the shape and weight of her lovely breast, he murmured, "I'll buy a new one for you." Bending down, he placed a soft kiss in between her breast, right at the red birthmark.

To emulate him, she tried to rip his shirt apart but she only managed to pop the first four buttons. He laughed when she got irritated and he quickly ripped it off. As he stood there with only his pants on, she sighed at the marvelous sight.

She watched as he went to the bathroom and came back, only this time, he was completely naked. Kai Xin made a whimpering sound when she saw the sight. He was half erect by now and she can see it twitching.

As he helped her get out of her underwear, he said, "We can go in the bath in a while."

He took her hand and led her to the couch next to the windows where there was a small bottle of red wine in a small bucket of ice waiting for them.

The two of them just sat there, watching the stars, with her leaning back into his chest and a thin comforter covering their legs. This was one of their favorite things to do. At times, the transfer of heat from the skin to skin contact felt more intimate than sex itself.

As he fondled her breast, he asked, "Kara. Is work hard?"

"Nothing I can't handle."

He gazed at her with the same gaze that she had seen in Shaoyun's eyes whenever he was looking at Jane, "Kara...I-"

With a horrified look on her face, Kai Xin quickly clamped her hands over his mouth, "Don't!" In her heart, she pleaded, "Please don't say it! I don't want to hurt you."
