Arthur Young

In a moderate-size house in Spain, a young boy who looked to be about 8 or 9 years old was in front of their television watching a basketball game.

"Lakers with the ball. They have 8 seconds on the shot clock."

"They give the ball to Kobe!"

"Kobe with the drive"

"He shoots …"

"Bang! Bang! Bang!"

The young boy then saw the crowd absolutely erupt and the players of the winning team Los Angeles Lakers very ecstatic.

"Kobe with 3 Defenders on him still managed to shoot over all of them and score a buzzer beater."

"Wow! That looked so cool." the young boy exclaimed.

"And with that the series is now tied at 2-2. Please tune back in on Saturday for Game 5 of the Western Conference 1st Round Playoffs Matchup between the Kobe Bryant led Los Angeles Lakers and the Phoenix Suns led by their back-to-back MVP Steve Nash."

As the boy was watching the Lakers celebrate their win at their home court, he heard someone yell from the kitchen downstairs. "Arturo, it's time to eat." A rough male voice urged.

"Coming"

Arturo whose real name was Arthur, last named Young – then switched off the television. and as he was walking down the stairs towards the kitchen, he had the thought of wanting to play basketball. 'That was so cool, I want to play basketball too.' He then went straight towards the kitchen where a big sized man about 5'9" was sitting at the dinner table reading a newspaper while a woman who stood at about 5'4" was just finishing up distributing the cooked meal in the pan into each bowl.

(Author's note: Including specific heights when talking about Basketball at this point is very necessary since it's like 30% of the sport)

"Go wash your hands, Art." The woman said,

Arthur then walked to the sink and after he finished washing his hands, he then went and sat at the dinner table right across his father. As his mother finally set down the last bowl of soup, she said "Let us eat."

As Arthur was eating, he kept on thinking that it may be impossible to play basketball after all while looking at himself, standing at around 4'5" feet at almost 9 years old he realized that even if he grew to his father's height, it'll be hard to play basketball amongst the giants. It was then that he heard a very noisy sound in his ears and saw a floating light blue screen appear right in front of his very own eyes.
