Battle Royale Streamer in an Apocalyptic World

Okay, before you drop a review before reading this novel, let me just tell you this novel won't be about reading others playing games via a novel nor is it a fan-fic, but rather it's about someone who was known for being a god in PUBG carrying his playstyle and survival instincts into the real world when the apocalypse took place. This book is inspired by Code Geass, Gundam Seed, Gundam 00, and PUBG. Okay, now for the real synopsis, after battle royale games went mainstream and PUBG & Fortnite took it to staggering heights in popularity, streamers of this game were also brought in to share the spotlight. Amongst all PUBG streamers, the group Big D Brings Spring stood at the top, with the squad consisting of Phantom Pen15, Ricedoctor, Dildo Swaggins, and Givemethatchicken. So yeah, these guys were streaming PUBG, making good money, and suddenly sh*t hits the fan and the apocalypse happened. Is Big D gonna bring spring this time? Or is it gonna go limp and flap in the wind? Already familiar with survival, scavenging and battle royale style gameplay, can these ding dongs use what they learned in video games to survive in this new world, not be retarded, farm up, and rise up against the forces behind the apocalypse? Author Note: Yeah it’s a fiction, first time writing, but have been translating for 2 years now on both good and trash novels (one of the best and one of the worst on Webnovel), which taught me what to do and what not to do. Now the first question is, based on the username in the squad Big D Brings Spring, which ethnicity is each from? First 10 people that guesses right gets free boner- I mean bonus chapters and early access for a month. Post your answers in the form of 5-star reviews, and the winner will be announced when the novel reaches 2M views. Cover designed by DylanWE from DeviantArt.

Next Level Cherry-Picking

"Yeah, the voice in my mind is telling me that you guys also have the innovator blood inside of you, so apparently all four of us are," Jay slowly said.

"Woah, I guess our Mom did some nice cherrypicking at the orphanage, holy crap," Christian exclaimed, while Elon sunk into silence, feeling like the plot is definitely getting thicker. There was just no way that it was a coincidence for all four of them to be innovators.

"Did an annoying voice appear in your head though?"

"No?"

"It's fine, you guys are probably gonna get it soon as well," Jay laughed, waiting for the day they get trolled by the spirit in their brain too. But truth be told, Aurora was a huge help. If she's a devil, then let it be. In the face of death, survival is king. Becoming a killer? Signing soul away to a devil? Doesn't matter what the social justice warriors would say, but only those that survive get to talk.

At least to Jay, this unknown girl gave him power and the qualification to survive, while the people that should be the face of justice just tried to arrest and even kill him, kidnapping his brother to exploit him for his power.

In a post-apocalyptic world, who could they really trust?

The three boys quickly looted the dead bodies. Well, they thought about driving the Cadillac back too, but then again, would they want to drive cars with lots of bullet holes? One of them was even smoking and seemed like it was going to explode at any moment.

However, the loot was pretty plentiful, there was basically a bit of everything, from ammo, weapon accessories, to packaged food, and even a few packs of condoms. It does make you wonder, in a squad full of dudes, how those condoms were used.

Anyways, Jay of course didn't forget to feed the new tenant he just discovered living in his mind recently.

"Meh, better quality than the last guy, but meh," Aurora licked her lips and said.

Jay: "Wait, so do I get something when you eat them?"

Aurora: "You get a happy me."

Jay was speechless. But one thing for sure was, he wouldn't want a grumpy Aurora. This woman's practically living inside his body, capable of taking over control of his body easily with her will. What if she gets angry one day and grabs the katana and make his body into a female too?

When Jay unwillingly placed his hand against those dead men's muscular chest, he felt a warm sensation on his palm as some form of energy or aura flew into his body.

The three of them finally got a chance to sit down and catch a breath. Elon browsed the market on the tablet, Christian was on watch, while Jay quietly looked at the Nirvana app contact list on his phone.

Besides Alex, the circle was still green. Jay told everyone about this feature of the app, and they were all relieved. As long as the circle was green, they knew Alex was fine.

A group that killed the people that took Alex? That means they must be a group of innovators that sent out a team stronger than the one Nexus sent out. Maybe Alex would be safer with them, since it doesn't seem like they were planning on harming Alex since the circle was still green.

That was what the group thought, or maybe that was what they hoped to believe. At this moment, with all clues leading to the whereabouts of Alex severed, the only thing they could do was to pray and check the status of the chat.

It was quite late into the night, and the group had just been through an exhausting battle. They decided to just find a place to rest nearby, figuring that the way back through the Miami city dark into the night could be quite dangerous. With the car's sound and headlights, they might attract some unwanted attention.

However, they couldn't stay here at the police station either, since there might be more reinforcements coming, and they obviously would have a hard time falling asleep at a place with lots of dead bodies...

"Hey guys, it looks like we picked up quite a lot of Nirvana credits just now..." Elon exclaimed.

Christian: "Wait, how's that even possible, we didn't even kill any zombies though..."

Jay immediately went to the credit account tab on his phone as well, and he saw a long list of credit inflows.

Author Note: sorry for the delay, recently I've been caught up by another interesting novel which I'm translating right now as a free fan project. It's the best military novel I've read in the past 6 years, and it's currently publishing on noodletowntranslated.com

As asked by my readers, I'm working on increasing the release speed for that novel, so I might be a bit slow these days on publishing my original since it's not in too big of a cliffhanger right now. After I'm done pumping out chaps for that novel, then it will be time to focus on this awesome original.

Anyways, give that novel a read if you have some time, it's called Ace of the Dragon Division, and it's on Noodletowntranslated.com
