Inside OR 2A a surgical procedure was taking place, a young woman in blue gown and cap lay unconscious on a sterile metal table with an incision on her abdomen over the green drape that was placed across her body.
On cutting her open, they found that she had sustained a blunt trauma to her internal organ, which prior x-ray had confirmed to be the case. Priority was to stop the bleeding caused by a combination of forceful friction and pull due to the speed at which the the other car smashed into the cab, the resulting effect was what caused the bleeding, twisting of the bones in her hip and skin tear.
