It took the two an hour and a half to make the dress. To the size and future adjustment, it amazed Divus at how creative the girl was. They had 10 sketches of possible designs for the dorm uniform, it also included male and gender-neutral uniforms. He knew that the girl has the talent of a fashion designer, which leads us to the second amazement of Divus.
He made Dahlia model the other designs they made and it made Divus realize that she must be the eldest child. A child who has multiple skills and talents. It made him furious hearing she only worked behind cameras for her sister. From the way she talked about her sister, he sees that she cherishes her sister and will gladly put her priorities over her.
"Dahlia, darling. Just a question," he called out to the girl. She was helping him sew the uniform they designed.
"Does modeling crosses your mind? Acting or
singing?"
All he received was a 'no' which made him surprised. "Those are Dina's thing. I mostly work on tech stuff. I mean, I love doing what I do," she explained to him before stopping what she was doing. "Sometimes, she invites me to model in her shows and shit, but it's harmless," she admitted.
Divus can see how burnt out the girl is. It made him want to make the girl relax and open up, but in the school therein. It might be a big problem since it's an all-boys school. "Well dear, if you have any problems. Just ask me for help, I'm sure I can help you out."
Dahlia happily walks her way to the principal's office. She was holding a bag that contains her uniform and dorm uniform. When both her and Divus finished putting the finishing touches on her uniform, a student told Dahlia that she was needed in the Headmaster's office.
She just hoped that it wasn't something of a big deal.
It was a big deal. Grim got in trouble with another first year for toasting a statue of The Great Seven. Crowley was yelling all around the place while she was just boring holes onto Grim. If there's one thing she hates, it was a mark on records. Dina was scared to get a mark on her records because of her and now that Grim was under her care, she doesn't like what she was hearing
"Is there any way to make sure to make amends?" she asked calmly.
"I want Grim and Ace Trappola to clean 100 windows after school," Crowley declared making Grim groan.
"Okay, thank you, Headmaster. I'll make sure to watch the two to finish the task,"
The two walked out of the office. Dahlia let out a disappointed sigh before looking at Grim. "Go back to Casita. I'll deal with you later," she groaned. Grim felt a pang in his heart. It made him disappointed to see that his human was disappointed in him. He walked his way to the dorm with a gloomy look.
Dahlia felt bad but, she had to be strict. She walked down the hall looking at the directions before seeing a student in red. 'He must be in Scarabia if I remember what Professor Crewel told me,' she thought before approaching him.
"Hi, uhmm....can I ask where the library
is?"
On the other hand, Jamil was surprised to see the female student. He heard about her from Kalim. He couldn't stop talking about the girl who saved him last night. Judging from her appearance, he was surprised to know that she wasn't from either Scalding Sands or Sunset Savana. She was also beautiful and good- looking. Her gold markings were also eye- catching.
"I was heading there also. Would you like to join me?"
He wasn't sure why he was panicking for the girl's answer. "Sure, thanks for the offer," she thanked him before they both walk to the library.
The whole walk was silent, Jamil wanted to break so he looked at the bag she was holding. "What are you holding there, Mistress?" he asked her, using the honorary title that the Dark Mirror used to introduce her.
"It's my uniform. Both dorm and normal uniform. Also, just call me Dahlia. Being called Mistress is awkward," she told him with a polite tone before looking at his braids. "How about you? How long does it take to braid your hair like that? It looks well done," she hummed.
Jamil was surprised at her question. Not used to being questioned about something from his life. "Just half an hour," he mumbled making Dahlia smile a little. The next words from her mouth were something he can't believe.
"You have to teach me sometime."
