Love is one of the most precious things to have in life. Love is sweet. Love is kind. Love. Is. Love. Everyone experiences love right right when they're born. As we get older, we get rejected by love, get hurt. Most of the time, love last forever. Some love stories have a happy ending. However, some love stories have a not so happy ending. Till death to us part in marriage.

The air was warm, the sun was bright to the point where it shines on the glass windows. Students gathered around in a big circle as a small figure was standing in the middle with a little confusion on her face. A group of guys holding a big poster with a message. Music was playing in the background as another figure walked up to her with flowers in hand. A shy smile formed on his face. She suddenly smiled as she blushed. She moved a few strands of hair as she cleared her throat.

"Laine, I really like you for a while now and I would like to our friendship to the next level. Will you be my girlfriend?" He said with a smile on his face.

She blushed a bit as she looked at her friends, who giggled while smiling.

"Oh Jimin, this is really sweet of you to do.... I'm sorry. I don't want to get your hopes up, but i only like you as a friend, not mot than that" Laine said as his friends chattered in the background.

Jimin's smile formed upside as a tear fell on his face.

"W.w.w.why? I thought you like me?" He stuttered as she stood there.

"Like I said earlier, I only like you as a friend. I don't see you more than that. I'm sorry if I made it seemed like I like you, but I don't. I'm sorry" Laine said as she walked away with her friends. Jimin stood there in shocked as his friends laughed in his face.

"Dude I told you that Laine only sees you as a friend!"

"You just rejected by a girl!"

Jimin felt annoyed yet hurt inside by his friends "Just shut up!" He said as he pushed his friends as he walked away.

He got into his car and drove off. "I'm sorry, I don't see you as more than a friend.." as he heard Laine's voice in his mind. His heart just shattered into millions of pieces as a small tear fell onto his cheek. He shook his head as he tries to forget about her. Once he got home, he took his shoes off and jacket as he jumped into bed and immediately closed his eyes. Jimin sighed as he wiped the tears away.

"Don't worry Jimin, there are other fishes in the sea"

The next day, was another unexpected day for him. He climbed out of bed feeling refresh. He smiled as he ran down stairs and happily greeted his parents in the kitchen. The smell of eggs and bacon frying on the pan with oil as the smoke was flying in the room. He inhaled the delicious food as his mom placed the plate in front of him on the table.

"Wow! This looks delicious mom!" He said.

His mom smiled as she put her jacket on along with her shoes.

"Eat a lot okay Jimin ? We will be home before dinner. Love you" she said as she kissed his forehead as his dad patted Jimin on the back as they walked out the door.

As he made himself coffee, he say back down with his mug. He took a bite on his scrambled eggs as he felt a buzzed from his phone. He took his phone out and checked his notifications on his social media. With the touch of his finger on the screen, he scrolled down and his eyes stopped as he saw a shared photo of a beautiful girl. She has the most beautiful smile that Jimin has ever seen. She was posing in front of a huge fountain in the background. He immediately messaged his friend with: "Hey dude! Who is this girl?"

After a few seconds, he got a response back with: "She's Janelle. She is my girlfriend's best friend"

"Maybe you could hook me up! She's gorgeous! Let's meet up at the mall at 12pm today!" Jimin said as he smiled to himself.

"Jhope hyung, how do I look?" Jimin asked his friend as they waited in their seats.

Jhope smiled "Jimin, you look great! Just be yourself"

People walking around as they chatted. The sound of footsteps walking on the tiles were music to their ears. As Jimin's eyes were scanning the crowd, he suddenly stopped on a beautiful figure. Everybody in the mall turned grey, except for her, Janelle. She had two shopping bags, and next to her was her best friend. She was wearing a pink floral summer dress, brown flats with a cute channel shoulder bag.

"Janelle, I see Hobi and is that Jimin? The one that is interested in you?" Diana said as she smiled and giggled. As she went up to her boyfriend, I walked up to Jimin slowly as he blushed.

"Hi Janelle" he said as he offered a seat for me. I smiled as I sat down.

"Did you guys eat lunch yet?" Jhope asked as he talking to Diana.

"No we didn't.." she said as her and Jhope went to go order food.

"So Jimin, do you go to the same school as me?" I asked

"Yes I go to the same school as you. What grade are you in?"

"I'm 12 grade"

Jimin's eyes widen as he smiled "really? Me too!"

"Wow!! That's cool that we are the same grade" I said as I smiled.

As Diana and Jhope came with our food, Jimin placed my food in front of me. As he grabbed the drink from the tray to place on the table, instead, he accidentally spilled it on my dress, causing me to yelp in surprise.

Not to mention my dress was brand new too. My eyes widen as I stood up from my seat.

"Omg Janelle I am so sorry! Here let me help you get it off" Jimin said as he grabbed a bunch of napkins.

Although it's just a dress, but it's also my favorite too. As I sighed, I suddenly stopped him while I removed his hand from my dress gently.

"Please don't do that, it will make the dress look worse"

"Janelle, I am really sorry. How can I make it up to you?" Jimin said as he stood up from his place.

"Hmmm you can buy me ice cream" I said.

Jimin gave his cute smile which made me smile back "ice cream coming right up".

"Oreos Cookies and Cream please!"

"You got it!"

I sat back down on my chair as I found myself smiling over Jimin. I suddenly shook my head in denial. We just met and I can't fall for him. Put yourself together Janelle! I said to myself with another head shook.

As Jimin came back with my ice cream, I smiled.

"Thank you" I said.

"You are welcome beautiful"

I paused midway before eating my ice cream. I immediately blushed as I playfully rolled my eyes with a smile.

"Omg I am so full from eating Panda Express!" Diana said as Jhope laughed. I looked at them as I smiled towards them. How cute when they are together. How Jhope grabs Diana into his arms and embraces her. How I wish I have a boyfriend like that. Someone who can take care of me like Jhope does towards Diana. Suddenly, Jimin caught me staring as he creeped me from behind, making me yelp.

I laughed "do you always do that with your friends?"

Jimin smirked "yes sometimes with the guys. But I will do it more with you, Janelle"

My eyes widen as I pushed him gently "you better not or I will ask Jhope oppa for tips on how to scare you silly!" I said as I laughed. He suddenly tickled me, causing me to have a laughing marathon. Diana and Jhope stopped in their place as they stared at us.

"Aww you guys are so cute"

"Hey Jimin, take it slow remember?"

We both stopped as I cleared my throat.

"Jimin started it!" I said as I pointed at him as I smiled.

"I will get you back, you better watch Park Jimin!" I said as I walked off with Diana.

As we got inside the bus, I felt someone grab my arm as I looked back.

"Oh Jimin, what's up? Do you surrender?" I said as I teased a bit.

He scratched the back of his head

"Hahah no. But I was wondering if I can get your number? So we can hang out again but for a date" he said as he blushed.

Diana and I giggled as I nodded and put my number on his phone.

"There you go! Well I better go. See you" I said as I waved goodbye to Jimin and Jhope.
