The Calm Storm

I looked up and saw that it was Wang Hao and his lackey, Liu Chuanxing.

I was somewhat puzzled. Why was he going to attack me again after his sister had just finished hitting me? This was too much.

But I was hopeful. What if they weren't there for me? I tried to avoid them as they walked towards the field.

Liu Chuanxing stretched out his hand and stopped me. He said, "Did I let you leave?"

I knew that it seemed like I couldn't avoid them anymore, so I stopped and said, "Your sister just finished hitting me. Do you want to hit me too?"

Wang Hao smiled when he heard that. "Hit you? You're thinking too much. I'm not going to stop you just to hit you. Where are you going?"

After hearing this, I heaved a sigh of relief. It was good that they didn't beat me up. Otherwise, I definitely wouldn't have made it in time for class after being beaten up.
