Chapter 23: A Hot Stranger

And with that, Kanae woke up. This time for real though.

Blue eyes blinked consecutively for a minute or so before she could finally discern that she was back to real life.

'What did I just do? With a fricking stranger...'

Her pink lips spread out in a smirk.

A familiar voice broke her out of her thoughts. And almost immediately her body started to ache all over. Kanae groaned out loud. The gunshots she got were probably inflamed.

"My... wounds... Did you do anything?"

In her blurry sight, she could see Miao's faint outline as she frantically wiped Kanae's sweat off.

"I did, Honoured Miss. I washed it and tied it up but the blood pouring out won't stop... What do I do? Is there some herb for this?"

Kanae went silent for a bit.

'Oh right, didn't I gain the regeneration skill or something? Or was it healing... Eh, something like that. System, save my a** please.'

Kanae gritted her teeth.

Suppressing the groan that was threatening to leave her mouth, Kanae held her aching sides and said, "It's fine... I'll take care of it. My skills can be put to use."

Ed gave her a wide-eyed look. "You still have more skills?! Honoured Miss... For a human, you're very extraordinary..."

Miao nodded, acknowledging what Ed said with enthusiasm. She had never seen a human as powerful and fearless as Kanae. It was almost scary. Reminded of the blood splattered everywhere, she shivered. She really didn't want to see such a scene again.

Kanae's eyes sparkled.

She always loved getting praised, be it by her subordinates or the enemy. If it was the enemy... She would probably try even harder to show off.

She tried to get up and pat Miao's soft hair but the pain was too much. Hissing, she held her sides again. First of all, Kanae had to get her body healed.

'System, use skill <Regeneration>.'

A warm feeling spread through her body. Kanae almost moaned. This was almost orgasmic. Ed blushed as he saw Kanae's body arch, her tender skin glowing while she writhed in delight.

Ed and Miao sat in silence. They probably wanted her to recover a bit before they moved on.

Kanae cracked her neck and joints. Oh, so satisfying.

This reminded her of the fertility points she got from defeating the men in the forest and the sex episode.

Kanae nodded in satisfaction. Now she could fight without concerns. As for farming fertility points... She'll indulge in some sexual activities again.
