Coral's pov

I spent the last few days reading and training, i could tell that i was being followed 24/7 . Yesterday i found my room a mess and found a few broken things, it was clear that whoever it was didn't find what they were looking for. The card that my parents's lawyer gave me , is on me full time. I have never known that an alpha could be this shameless although i wouldn't put it past Jada.

The situation in the pack has gotten far worse for the past few years. The alpha's family are the ones who are doing well despite their pack members suffering. The omegas have it worse, they get paid very little money for all their hard work and get treated like slaves. The alpha's son Ashton is a maniac , he started getting on my nerves ever since his birthday 2 years ago. I once found him f****** Jada in my room and they just continued as if i wasn't there. I heard he wanted to place her as his luna if he doesn't find his mate in the next two years. I never knew he was into older women until that day, although 3 years isn't that big of a difference. For some reason i cried when i saw them but just pushed it aside.

I've been feeling uneasy since the Will reading so I applied for early graduation at school since I had already completed all my semester and they agreed. I already told Alpha Eric that i'll be going to college in a week for early orientation, I got accepted in cambridge along with a few other top universities for my excellent results and all the competitions that i participated in secret. He gave me a big toothy smile as soon as he heard that i was accepted into cambridge.

It's my birthday today and I'll be shifting after the moon appears tonight. I was on my way back from the library when i got hit by a very delectable smell but it disappeared when i stopped. Jada was in front of my room when i got there holding a bottle of water.

" Hey Coral, I heard that you are loaded now" she said.

" Hi to you too Jada, what are you doing here?" I asked skeptical.

" No need to be rude, at least invite me in." she said.

" Yeah No. I already told you guys that i want nothing to do with you guys after the way you treated me. Your parents are lucky i didn't sue them for child abuse." I said.

" Well can you at least give me 100 000 from the money you inherited?" she asked

" No. Definitely a big No" I said and pushed her away from me, her attitude turned a 90 degrees when he saw ashton appear along with the smell from before. I heard a voice saying Mate in my head.

I gave a questionable look at ashton.

" How could you push your sister like that?" he asked in an angry tone making my wolf flinch.

" She's not my sister, she never was. " I said.

" She's your future luna for goodness sake" he said

" Can you at least tell me what you are doing here?" I asked. I know he's my mate. It's not rocket science to figure it out.

" As you can see, I love Jada and i wish to take her as Luna but you being my mate messes things up. A mate is important so i can't let you go so you'll be my mistress or second wife." he said as if he being righteous.

" Yeah a big no from me. I've got pride and a huge ego , either you reject me or i reject you. If you continue this relationship with her knowing how much pain i'll suffer. Then i have no problem finding someone who can make you feel the same" I said and he pushed me against the wall roughly.

" Jada was right when she said that you are a little slut but i will have fun taming you" he said.

" You either reject me or i have no problem with telling everyone that you are my mate and your plans with Jada will be null and void something tells me that your father

will be elated with this news." I said smirking ignoring the nail digging in my back.

" If that's what you want then don't regret it and come back crawling back to me. I future alpha Ashton Green of Blood moon pack here by reject you Coral Edwards as my mate and Luna" he said and i immediately felt a very painful feeling, like my heart was split into two.

" I Coral Edwards here by accept your rejection" I said and he let go of me and clutched his chest looking me with killing intent. Jada held him and walked away from me, she looked sad but her eyes revealed a different story.

I packed my stuff weakly and went to the pack house to say goodbye to Alpha Eric and get a pack pass needed to get through other packs safely and get their help when in trouble as a young wolf going to school in a different state. He gave it to me and started looking at me in a devious intent making me get up quickly as both son and father are unpredictable. Before i knew it, he was already in front of me with lust clouding his eyes.

" How about a little parting gift little wolf." he said and started touching me inappropriately.

" Alpha Eric, please excuse me. I have a train to catch." I said using all my strength to push him aside making him mad.

He roughly grabbed my hair and started unbuckling his trousers.

" You need a learn a lesson about respecting your alpha." he said and tried to remove my clothes. I was weak at the moment due to ashton's rejection so i had to think of another way.

I remembered the powder i made when i was scared at the Libby household with Jaxon' s touchy behavior. Luckily it was in my pocket, I took it out and threw it at him. He got even angrier and i had to fight with all my strength until the poison kicked in. He lay on the ground eyes looking murderous at me. I composed myself and fixed my clothes. I didn't bring enough clothes with me since I'll be running away so i ran out of there.

Lucky for me no one was around the pack house and i had at least an hour before the numbing dissipate and the poison kicks in making him unable to use his little brother anymore until he gets an antidote from me. I locked the door before i left and put a do not disturb sign so i could buy myself more time before any one finds out.

I gave the security guards who were on duty my pass and they let me go. I called a cab in the human town to take me to the airport since i couldn't take the risks or being tracked. Luckily i got a seat for london that was about to depart in 15 minutes. I was so happy when the plane took off safely and i took off the disguise that i put on to stay low for the past few years at blood moon pack in a form of spell my mom left for me making me look like my step father as i grew older dispelling Alpha Eric's suspension. I went to the safe and took the birth certificate plus other documents and applied for an ID and passport for the days i was there.

Meanwhile after i left Alpha Eric's room, it took two hours for beta Logan to forcefully open the door as Luna Patrick was having a tantrum seeing the sign at the door and being unable to confront his mistress. They found him passed out on the floor looking like a mess. After a day or two, he woke up in a hospital looking murderous. He briefed Beta Logan on what happened and Beta Logan looked at him questionably.

" You do know that we still need her money right? What happened to the gaining trust strategy. She's a nerd and always occupied with books and has no time for boys. That foster family treated her like crap making her unable to trust us. Things could have gone completely well and she would have to return here after graduating. I heard ashton is her mate and things would've been perfect as long as she married him and he'll be able to take away all her money. You do know that we are a small pack on a brink of bankruptcy right?" beta Logan said.

" I know but she looked so tempting with her petite body and she smelled amazing. I couldn't control myself. And i don't appreciate you talking to your Alpha like that." Alpha Eric said giving beta Logan a look that promised pain.

" I apologize Alpha. What should we do?" he asked.

" First we have to find her. Alert all the packs especially in the UK that my son's mate is missing after she went to school so we ask their help to track her down." alpha Eric said.

" A very good plan Alpha." Beta Logan said and proceeded with the plan. A look of mockery in his eyes. He would soon be done with this pack.

" Doctor what's wrong with my body and why can't i feel my p****" alpha Eric asked noticing the problem

" Well good afternoon Alpha. You were poisoned with an unknown drug making you unable to use that part of the body. I tried everything to study it and even asked top specialists for help but even they can't do anything about it. I suggest you get the antidote from the source" the doctor said and the temperature in the room rose and the pitiful doctor was killed in a moment of anger by the alpha.
