Dinner Meeting

It wasn't a lie that Vince liked Kara, apart from being a seductress, she tempts him to do and think alot.

 He'd had her few months ago in his house at Caribbean,bur then after that day,nothing remain the same.

 He entered a depth he knows nothing of,so since he couldn't come from it, he wants to explore that depth for something that causes his heart to prick anything he sees her.

 After Vince had excused him in Kara's office, Kara sat back on her chair basically taking deep breath.

 Everything about her had change,when she returned back from Carribean then decided to meet her doctor since she was feeling sick,after running a test,and the result came out,she was more worried about the baby in her womb than what good it might help her with.

 Her doctor told her back then, that the pregnancy might relieve the symptoms or rather stop them. But then she might not be able to conceive a baby or rather the chances of conceiving will become less. 

 Kara felt goose bumps,growing on her arms. While growing up she was really frighten of her father,a loud ovebeating general who controller his housed with the same fist he uses to control his house hold.

 Although she tried to to tell him how much she felt pains during her mentrual periods. But then he would always tell her to bear it;

 'life is all about endurance and pain is an illusion'.

 Worst of it all was that she accepted his ways handling things,but then she still felt that hurt that if by any chance her had listen to her and had gone for check,maybe she would have known what her future felt like and probably prepare for it.

 "Yes?"

 Kara said placing the phone that's being ringing for over some minutes now;

 "How did the tour go",

 Hailey Stewart voice came from the other side of the phone.

 " full of questions and Lou....

 " what are you not telling me Kara,. We've been friends for as long as my brain can take me on a ride down my memory lane", 

 Hailey said and Kara chuckled and immediately said in a sober and soft voice;

 " forgive me for keeping things from you,.. I know we've been best of friends since I have started working here,..

 "Okay, why don't we schedule for a dinner tonight ",

 "that would be great,but Vince invited me for a dinner in Mr Ben's present and before I could reject the offer, Your boss jumped right in and invited himself too",

 "Like seriously can you imagine that,. Like seriously what is wrong with your boss",

 "Our boss you meant to say ",

 Hailey corrected Kara whose mood swings had already sky rocket to another level.

 " His not my boss directly,his my Boss's boss",

 " is that meant to make any difference?",

 "I don't know,.. Whatever ",

 Hailey really know when and how to make Kara smile. At least she is good at her job of putting workers like Kara in her place.

 "Well Hailey, I think you should book the dinner for another time, at least still when am able to settle what I have at hand,.. I will let you know when the time is right ",

Kara said and Hailey sigh at the other end;

 "will you be alright",

"trust me,I can totally take care of my self,.. If any thing goes wrong I will let you know ",

 "You better",

 Kara smiled at the other end and Hailey Caught the call.

 Telling Hailey about her pregnancy won't be a big deal,she knows her to well to even act stupid.

 She decided to keep it as a secret from her pending still when the right time comes and it seems the right time is here.

 The big deal now is she would finally release the bump shell that she is pregnant and that the child is his and how he would react to it is definitely a problem.

 AT THE RESTAURANT...

"Are you fine with this,Kara?",

 "it okay "

 Kara said sitting at the table for in three in a well known restaurant.

 Ben and Vince are already sitted,they were paying extra attention since they got there.

 Any slide discomfort they noticed that she felt,they'd try to make sure that she became comfortable and she is already getting sick and tired of it;

 Since they got there,they haven't even placed their others yet. She is afraid that she might choose to bring out the lunch she couldn't eat at noon.

 But then they might become suspicious of her suddenly have a varacious appetite.

 But after few minutes,they asked her what she wanted to eat,but then she said;

 "anything you want",

 "would you like some fruit wine?"

It doesn't matter anyways since it still content,but then she will still only need to take a small portion of it and then when she gets home she'd take some milk.

 Sighing for third time that evening was noticed by both men sitting there but then she didn't mind,she'd do a lot of moving around today which was quite stressful.

 But then that wasn't what caused her tiredness much,basically being pregnant was a lot harder that she thought but then in her quiet time she'd fine it worthy...
