After the head count, Axena and Badje proceeded side by side into the massive darkened rock with the other travelers behind them. During the push and pull that was happening in the crowd, Axena saw Loth and he was looking in opposite direction, beside and just behind him was Cinten who was harbouring a tired look.

Axena focused her eyes on her mistress and at the instance, she was reminded of her promises to her back at the prison walls where she vowed and pledged her allegiance to her over again.

As the progression went by, Cinten's random looks fell on Axena and in the respite that followed, she took her eyes off Axena and Axena felt the feeling of the peace that she had thought was not present with her. it was at that point that she totally believed that the costumes that she had applied on her face to get the new face and identity had worked.
