Chapter 18: Mages, Wizards and Knights

Tahara killed 3 mages in one swoop and was ready to kill another mage but was then hit with magic as he went flying hitting a rock.

"Who was that? A magician?" he asked.

Tahara immediately rose to his feet and noticed that the magicians were eight beside him with their spell books.

The magicians began to chant some spells as more mages appeared.

Tsk!

"I need to take care of the magicians first," he said.

[The ability to move fast within 2 minutes.]

Tahara's speed then increased as he killed 3 of the magicians.

"There are still more magicians than the mages and more importantly, they just keep on coming," he said.

"This ability just lasts for 2 minutes," he said.

"I've got to move in fast before the 2 minutes elapse," he said.

Tahara then changed his sword style.

[Notice]

Tahara quickly moved fast as he was able to kill all the magicians and the mages.

"A minute remaining," Tahara said.

"Can I pause this?" he asked.

The ability was then put on pause as he continued to move.

"The place hasn't opened yet, which means there are more enemies," he said.

"Why isn't he turning on all the lights? the boss yelled as he slammed his desk.

"Boss, he has just killed 17 of the enemies and is going deep inside," the boss servant announced.

Tahara continued to move deeper as a warning appeared.

[Warning]

<<Incoming knights approaching>>

"Knights!" Tahara said.

Before Tahara could move a knight raised his sword and was about to slash Tahara but he was able to dodge quickly.

"Why are there so many knights?" Tahara asked.

He then quickly leaped and tried to attack the knight.

[Notice]

<<Protective Gear is resisting the attack>>

"It appears my swords won't do anything to the knight," Tahara said.

"In that case..." Tahara said as his swords disappeared.

"I just have to pour mana in my first," he said.

Tahara then punched one of the knights and the knight went down.

"Good!" he said as he run to face the other knights.

Tahara went on punching the knights and wiping them out one after the other.

"I can feel the pain on my first, but that doesn't stop me because they are here to kill me," he said.

Tahara managed to kill all the knights that were in front of him.

"Still no sign of opening?" Tahara asked.

A loud noise was then heard from afar as a knight with chains was approaching.

"What was that?" Tahara asked as he run in the direction of the sound.

When Tahara arrived, he noticed a black knight in front of him with chains in his hand.

<<Defeat the Death's Door boss>>

[Alard the Black]

"Alard the Black!" Tahara said.

"I thought he was not true," he said.

Alard then raised its chains as it hit the ground but Tahara was able to dodge the attack.

"That was a close call," he said.

Tahara then called for his swords as they appeared and began to attack Alard.

Alard used his chains to catch Tahara's swords as he lifted him and punched him in the stomach.

Tahara fell to the ground as his strength and life had reduced.

Alard was about to stomp Tahara but then Tahara caught his left.

"I'm not going to let you do that," he said.

Tahara raised Alard's left leg as and then moved out of the way.

"There's a way I need to kill him," Tahara said to himself.

Tahara then used his swords again and in between Alard's helmets pierced his swords into the eyes of Alard.

Tahara with the last strength he had, punched Alard so hard that Alard went flying hitting the wall as Tahara's fist began to bleed.

"Is he down?" Tahara asked.

Tahara's wound began to heal and his fist as well.

"Now the barrier should at least be removed," he said.

Tahara looked up and noticed that the barrier hasn't lifted.

"What's going on?" he asked.

"I can control and summon Alard, how?" he asked.

The ring of Mordor appeared on Tahara's hand and then he wore it.

Firstly, I need the weaker knights to obey me.

"By the name of Tahara Kado, I command you, an army of dead knights, too wore and kneel before your new king."

The weaker knights then rose as they knelt in front of Tahara.

Tahara then went to Alard the black and said the same thing.

Alard the black immediately rose as he raised his chain ready to kill Tahara.

"By the name of Tahara Kado, I command you, Alard the Black, to wear and Kneel before for new king."

Alard immediately froze as he dropped down his chain and knelt before Tahara.

Soon a robotic machine appeared and Tahara threw his sword at it.

"It looks like a tape," he said.

Tahara removed his sword and turned around as he waited for the barrier to be released.

Some part of the robot was removed and managed to escape.
