Two forces clashed with each other, having created a Shadow Portal hundreds of feet high in the air. One of said forces was missing a limb and attempted to escape in the form of a black smoke-like cloud while the other remained in a beastly form, a jet-black furred werewolf with glowing red eyes. 

Dezhong Prince, the soon-to-be Shadow King, caught himself up in a battle with a Nightshade Wraith, one that was far stronger than the others he fought.

The creature was the alleged Serial Killer responsible for putting marks on the walls with the blood of its innocent victims. So the ongoing battle was much deserved and even more, the creature's death was pending, bound to happen anytime. That was if the person looking to inflict such judgment was strong enough to pull it off.
