[More specifically, a forest just on the edge of an abandoned village.]

 

"There's an opening over there. If we can cause some type of distraction, we'll make a run for it and escape," Dezhong hurriedly announced to his Shadow Clone, Dark Prince, while his shadow scouted out a path for both of them to escape. Upon hearing this, Dark Prince cloned himself and made it out the back with Dezhong by his side.

 

As the first clone jumped through the window and gathered the attention of the dead mutants, Dezhong and Dark Prince sneaked through the back exit and ran as fast as their legs could carry them. Moving quickly and swiftly, both boys managed to make it into the forest ahead of them and breathed a sigh of relief.
