Chapter 4.

He has heard troubling news from one of his advisors. It would seem like an expert has moved into their city. And if that's not troubling enough he had no idea that such an expert existed and to suddenly have him appear out of nowhere is troubling.

But fortunately, it would seem that the expert is benign and doesn't come from the Dark Guild.

He had summoned Yin Doushi he was the leader of the team that lead the expedition of the then mysterious building.

From what Yin Doushi said the expert is beyond powerful and might possibly be an expert that is beyond Legend rank. He spoke of what he has encountered inside the Store and everything else that he thought would be necessary.

After hearing about the situation he knew that he couldn't ignore it as the City Lord and he has to go contact the mysterious Store Owner and see what his goal is.

Although he would have liked Ye Mo to be present for the confrontation, but he has gone out to explore and as such they would only be able to gather the top experts of the city that are in the Black Gold realm.

He knew that he couldn't keep the situation from the other Major families, so he prepared a banquet for tonight and invited the Sacred and Divine families to participate.

He informed them about the situation that night and today they are prepared to meet the expert all together.

They are all the Head of the three Major Families. Chen Zhenlong from the Divine Family, Shen Hong from the Sacred Family, and Ye Zong from the Snow Wind Family.

Last night was a large surprise for both of their families, but today they cannot falter.

They approached the now named All Heaven Store and entered altogether. After going inside the situation was the same as Yin Doushi had explained, they were all presented with the same introduction as him and were allowed to move from there.

They didn't really have a plan about how to meet this mysterious Store Owner, but they knew that one exists due to it begin stated in the rules.

They explored deeper into the rules of the Store to see if there was a chance to contact this mysterious Owner and sure enough somewhere in the Rules there was a method to contact the Store Owner.

After that, they were greeted with a message.

[Store Owner has been informed of your wish to perform a special deal.]

A few minutes passed before suddenly he and the other found themselves in a completely different location. It was extremely terrifying to experience it firsthand. Although he has heard about this from Yin Doushi he only thought that he was too weak to detect anything, but when even he a person with Black Gold rank cultivation couldn't detect anything he was starting to become worried.

They found themselves in a garden they could see a gazebo pretty close to their location so they deduced that this is their intended destination.

As they approached Ye Zong could more clearly see that there was a person sitting inside the gazebo on a comfortable looking pillow.

They finally reached the gazebo there were three prepared pillows for their own use.

As they sat down Ye Zong could finally take a closer look at the mysterious expert. He was shocked to discover that he was looking at a child that was at most 8 years old and that would only be if the child suffered from height problems and malnutrition, if he wasn't wrong then the child was closer to only 6 years old.

This was extremely shocking Ye Zong was starting to believe that the mysterious expert was testing them as the child was not even half the age of his own daughter.

But it would seem that he was mistaken as the child spoke.

"Why did you call me for a special deal?"

He was about to speak but it would seem that Shen Hong didn't have the same patience that he did.

"Do you honestly think that we would believe that a child would be the Store Owner? Stop messing around and call for your master or else."

Before he could even try to calm the situation, he could see the Sacred Families Patriarch disappearing from his side with his pillow.

He immediately had a little cold sweat run down his back.

"Don't worry I didn't harm him he was just blacklisted from the store and can't return."

After hearing this he did calm down and could finally move on to their actual reason for coming to this place.

"My apologies honored Senior, we only came to greet you and welcome you for your stay in Glory City, I only wish to know the reason for your visit."

Seemingly not bothered he replied inquiry he replied.

"The only reason why I came here is to open my store, if you do not interfere with my business then we won't have any problems and we might even form a mutually beneficial relationship"

"But if that is all you want to ask and don't want a Special Deal then this is where or conversation ends."

And with his last words, Ye Zong suddenly appeared in his previous location.

He had many more questions to ask but he wasn't willing to offend the Senior by contacting him through another special deal request.

But now he knows that he can no longer block others from visiting the store, now that he knows the actual reason why the Senior came here.

After that he returned to the City Lords Mansion, he could then calmly analyze the situation.

Now that he wasn't stressed from meeting with the Store Owner, he could actually remember that all the times the owner spoke he spoke like an actual six year old his speech was always kind of a mess and his words weren't of the best pronunciation.

After thinking about it for a bit more he dismissed his outrageous thoughts, because if the senior was an actual six year old and not a Senior using a disguise technique he just couldn't accept that reality.
