(Valerie POV)

I miss Gasper. He must be having a great time outside. At least better than this shitty place.

Why did I have to awaken a Longinus after all this time? My brother wants to use me for his plan. I don't like it but I also don't have any choice.

I want to leave this place too. I also want to experience a few moments of freedom outside.

Like always my older brother came to force me to help his man. I don't know why he likes to abuse me more than anything. It hurts every time I use this shitty power.

I wish I could see the light outside some day before he or others in my family kill me.

Why was I born in the first place? Was it because they could condemn me, use me to gain some power and authority? I never ask for this.

All I wanted was just a family. A family I can share my life with. Who would at least see me as another living being.

Suddenly I saw the world around me turn silent. Absolute silence. I looked at my brother and saw him frozen like a statue.

I am sacred. I looked around when I saw a red-haired Young man standing in front of the door and looking at me.

His eyes are different. I didn't mean his eye colors, which are two different colors. One red, one blue.

What I meant is, he doesn't have those usuals contempt, disgust or greed. Instead he has sadness and worries.

Are those for me? Why? I don't know him. I never seen him before.

"Who are you?" I ask him to know who he is.

Millicas looked at Valerie and sighed. He feels bad for her. Used by her own family to gain power, how bad it can be.

In the show they almost send her to her death without even care. Millicas look at Marius angrily. How can a brother do this to his sister?

Millicas heard Valerie question. He walked towards her with a smile and said "I am Millicas Gremory. Gasper sent me. I came here to take you from this place."

Valerie's eyes lit up when she heard him. She immediately asked "Gasper? How is he? Is he safe outside?"

Millicas smiled and stood at the edge of the bed and nodded his head. He saw some chains tying her leg with the bed. Millicas became angrier seeing this.

He forced a smile and said "he is fine, he wants me to take you from here." Valerie's eyes suddenly dim down. She shook her head and said "no, you don't know my family. Currently I am important to them. If they notice me missing, then they will search everywhere and one day will come after you. And this will endanger both your and Gasper's life. I don't want that."

Millicas smiles and touches the chain locking her. He used destruction power and it immediately turned to ash and said "if I want to protect someone then no one in this world can harm him or her."

Valerie's eyes widened and looked at Millicas and it's surprise. Millicas looked proud and continued "coz, I have an overpowered father."

Valerie almost falls on the bed and looks at Millicas with deadpan eyes. Suddenly the room became silent. They look at each other's eyes and start a staring competition.

After a minute Valerie couldn't hold anymore and started laughing and said "you are funny." Millicas also smile.

He then pulls Valerie and carries her like a princess. Valerie blushed when did that. Millicas smiled and said "don't worry, I wouldn't come if I weren't sure enough to protect you, Gasper and myself."

He looks at Marius and uses his Annihilation maker. Suddenly his shadow came forward and a small piece broke off it. It then turned into a small insect that looked like a Dragonfly's larva.

It immediately shot towards Marius and entered inside his body through his mouth.

Valerie saw everything. She is shocked and confused by his actions. Millicas smiled and said "let's go, I don't want to face my mother's wrath by being late for dinner." Millicas didn't forget the last time she pulled him by his ear, because he forgot about dinner time.

Valerie didn't ask anything about the insects. She looks at Millicas with hope and excitement. She is gonna finally leave this place. To her any place outside of this is better.

Millicas unsummon Agares and teleport from there instantly. As they leave, time also starts to move forward.

"You don't have any choi…" Marius stops in his sentence when he notices there is no one on the bed. He looked shocked and confused. He looked around but didn't find Valerie.

His face instantly turned pale. He panicked and shouted "guards??"

~Scene change~

Millicas returns to the training ground, carrying Valerie in his arms.

"Millicas, why did you go without me?" Rias shouted as soon as she saw Millicas arrive. Millicas smiled and said "I didn't fight so what's the point taking you with me."

She let Valerie down. Gasper appear in front of them in a flash. He immediately hugged Valerie and started crying as he said "I missed you Valerie."

Valerie smiled and hugged him back and she cried too. She patted his back and said "don't cry, I am here too, aren't I?"

Rias stops what she was about to say and looks at Gasper and Valerie. She sighed and walked towards them. She patted his shoulder and said "okay stop crying. You are making her cry too."

Gasper takes his snot back and looks at Millicas. He bowed towards him and thanked him. Millicas smiled and rubbed his hair and said "you are like my little brother. So don't thank me. If you need anything just ask."

Akeno and Kiba smile. They look at Millicas with respect and happiness. They thanked their luck that they are in the Gremory Family.

Koneko looks at Gasper and Valerie with envy. She became sad as she remembered about her past. Millicas notice this. His Haki is a great skill to feel people's emotions. It's like he has empathy skills by using it.

Millicas understands her mood. He teleports beside her and pat her shoulder. He didn't say anything. When the time comes he will also do his best to heal her heart and make her together with her sister again.

Koneko looks at Millicas and hugs him. She didn't say anything either but she also had some tears in her eyes.

Millicas pulled her up and carried her like a small kid and said "we are your family now, aren't we?" Koneko nodded her head and hugged his neck.

Rias and everyone else also notice this. The moment became emotional for everyone. After a minute Millicas said "alright everyone, go and get ready for dinner. Otherwise a silver haired demoness will come after everyone."

Everyone shivered when they heard it and nodded their head like chicken. Millicas look at Kiba and Gasper and said "you stay her today. Have dinner with us."

Kiba and Gasper nodded their heads. Millicas told Akeno and Rias to take Koneko and Valerie to freshen up and give a room to Valerie.

To Valerie all this is like just a dream. She pinched herself to make sure she was dreaming or not.

Akeno smiled and said "let's go, I will take you to your room."
