"... Join the survey corps"

"what?! Why?"

"didn't you say you want a peaceful life?"

Listening to their questions itsuki stands up and walk to the window. And watch the leaves and grass dance with the wind in harmony. With a smile he nod and said "yes. But i also want to explore the world outside the wall" thinking of his past life where he can't enjoy exploring the world because he doesn't have the money he needed.

" b-but you still haven't even got inside the wall rose and wall sina, right?! How can you think of exploring the outside world when you still haven't fully explored the walls yet?!" carla said trying to persuade itsuki to stay inside the wall. "yeah, and even if there's still a titan outside the wall atleast its peaceful enough inside it" eren understanding what his mother want to say also tried to persuade itsuki.

Itsuki was stunned for a second and then realised 'right. Eren still doesn't think that they're caged inside the wall' decided not to think to much about it he shook his head and said "i can still explore inside the walls even if i join the scout you know?" then look again at the meadow. 'and this peace won't last for long' thinking itsuki stands up and started to go outside.

"and where are you going now?" carla said raising an eyebrow..

"hunting. Its still early morning and animals tend to find food at this time of day" without waiting for their reply itsuki start to walk to the forest.

(the forest)

Walking through the forest itsuki spotted a deer 5 meter in his left. Seeng the deer he immediately hide in a bush and start to approach it. 'hmm. How do i do this? I dont have any throwable item with me. Ah i got it.' knowing what to do itsuki started to pick up stones.

After picking up a good amount of stone itsuki took one in his hand then shut his eye focusing on wrapping the rock with air through air manipulation. Opening his eyes he thought the air around the rock is thick enough he launched it to the deer hitting it on the head and breaking its skull. Seeing that the deer is down itsuki walked to it checking if still alive. Seeing that its not moving, itsuki smiled cheerfully and said "nice!!. My first hunt and its a success. Now how do i do this, system how much for butchering skill?"

-Notice:for the butchering skill the host need 5000 sp-

"sigh~. I should have known. Guess i have to do this on my own. System by me a butchering knife."

-Notice: butchering knife cost 40 sp. Would host continue the purchase?

"yes"

-Notice: purchase complete. Item has been sent to inventory-

"good. I'll hunt some more and go back." putting the dead deer in his inventory, itsuki began to walk again to find some more animals to hunt.

(few hours later)

Itsuki is sleeping peacefully under a tree, probably tired from too much hunting.

"yawwn~" waking up itsuki stretch his body to relax his stiff muscles. Looking around he saw the sun already setting down. Standing up he start to shake off the dirt that stick to him while he was sleeping in every part of his body that he could reach.

"i should go now aunty might be worried cus i didn't go back the entire day." itsuki then began to walk out of the forest to his new home dragging a boar and a deer in each hand.

(few minutes later)

Itsuki lokking at the house suddenly became nervous, and cold sweat flowing at his back. Walking to the door itsuki silently prayed hoping that he won't get a welcome from an angry carla.

As itsuki open the door all his hope vanished as if it has never been there as he look at carla standing in front of him, giving him a closed eye smile, to others it would look like a warm and welcoming smile, but itsuki is not others he can clearly feel a dangerous aura that carla currently emitting.

Looking at her itsuki can't help but chuckle nervously "uuhhh. Good evening?"

"good evening to you too itsuki, where did you go? This is the first day your living with us and i thought you'll be spending time with us after you go hunting but you didn't come. I was looking for you everywhere. You even missed lunch." she said looking at itsuki with eyes open but the smile remains.

Itsuki seeing that carla is really worried decided to tell the truth. "well i was hunting for a few hours until i got tired, i decided to rest for a bit sitting under a tree then i suddenly fell asleep. That's really what happened, i swear i got a deer and a boar." he said guilty for what he had done. ' with extra 3 deer and 2 boar inside my inventory, but she doesn't need to know that'

"fine, i'll believe you this time, but you not allowed to go hunting for a week. Got it?" she said with a stern look at her face.

"got it! But i can still go outside right? i promise i'll just explore the town, i'll even even bring eren with me for a tour"

"okay, but be sure to be back before lunch understood?"

"understood." he said giving while saluting, which made her chuckle lightly.

"now go wash yourself, then come back while the food is still warm"

"got it" he then ran to the bathroom to wash.

Looking at itsuki carla shook her head with an amused smile then go back to the dining room where eren is already at.

"mom. What did you and itsuki talk about?" erem asked, curious about what she and itsuki talk about.

"nothing mutch, i just forbid him in hunting for a week, and he said he want you to tour him in the town."

"oh,okay. Ill introduce him to armin then we can tour him in the town together." eren said cheerfully.

"eh, who's armin?"

"ah, i met him earlier, he got bullied just because he read books i dont know why tho. When i ask him to tell me who, he said no because he doesn't want me to get into trouble because of him." eren said frowning

Carla seeing him frown said"well atleast itsuki isn't the only friend you have anymore right?" trying to cheer him up.

"un" he said as Carla succeed on cheering him up.

Then the door open revealing itsuki in a new clothes. "umm. What did i miss?"

"nothing" they both said in unison. Then "come eat" Carla said pointing to the empty chair next to eren.

Then they proceed on enjoying the meal then sleeping afterward.
