4 Chapter 4 - Hunt Or Be Hunted
Chu Feng walked deeper into the Outer-layer while looking at his map and saw another 9 white lights grouped together near a small river.
Chu Feng noticed that all the lights were brighter than the previous wolf he killed.
Chu Feng walked further into the forest untill he saw the group of Beasts drinking at the riverside.
They were Bulls with horns that point infront of them, 2 of the Bull's were almost 2 and a half Meters and the rest were between 1.5 Meters and 2 Meters tall.
Chu Feng stayed hidden and inspected the Beasts with his Eyes Of Truth.
[Normal Bull]
• A Bull that is slow in speed but has a dangerous attack power.
> Beast Age: 61 Years
'So 7 of them are between 60 and 80 Years Old but what about the strongest two'
[Raging Bull]
• A normal Bull that is close to evolution into a [Mad Bull], has a dangerous attack power and average Speed.
> Beast Age: 96 Years

• A normal Bull that is close to evolution into a [Mad Bull], has a dangerous attack power and average Speed.

'So that why those two have a bit of yellow on the map' Chu Feng climbed up a tree and decided to wait near their path to ambush and kill one of their leaders just to be sure.
It took another 10 minutes for the bulls to start moving back the path they came from, Chu Feng took a deep breath and held it just to be sure.
He could see the Bulls coming closer and closer to the tree he was on.
'The leader, he needs to die' Chu Feng decided to kill the leader first, it would be his first fight with a Beast close to a 100-Year-Old Beasts.
The Beasts walked underneath untill finally the last one was under the tree, the leader of the pack, Chu Feng jumped out of the leaves and went straight for the leader.
'Invisible Slash!' Chu Feng slashed down at the 98-Years-Old Bull.
Just as it was about to hit the Bull the Bull tried to jump to the side but it was already to late, the blade slashed halfway through the Bull's body untill Chu Feng landed on the ground and retracted his sword.
*Muuuu*
The Bull fell on its side while Chu Feng was already waving his sword at the second bull, the 96-Year-Old Bull was infront of the pack so sadly he couldn't attack that Bull.
*Huuurrrr*
The Bulls who just saw their leader die charged angrily at Chu Feng who just slashed down at the second Bull.
The Bull upon seeing that was already to late to dodge tried moving its strongest weapon infront of the sword, its horns.
Sadly for the bull it was already to late and its head left its neck.
*Huuuuurrr*
The remaining 7 bull's charged at Chu Feng who slashed back at the Bull closest to him, the Bull moved its horns infront of the sword to try and block it.
*Clang*
*Ktch*
A metal sound rang out before a breaking sound was heard, the Bull's horn broke from the impact of the clash and the sword continued towards its neck and cut into it.
*Muuuu*
Altough the cut wasn't big enough to instantly kill it like the second beast but the beast fell on its side, unable to move.
'The blade truly needs to kill more to get stronger, i doubt it can cut into a 1000-Year-Old Beast right now let alone kill it!'
Chu Feng thought to himself while doing his best to dodge the attacks of the 5 remaining Bull's for some reason the 96-Year-Old Bull just stood next to the dead leader
A Bull charged at his side and he was unable to dodge it, seeing trying to dodge was futile Chu Feng slashed with his sword at it.
*Crash* *Krrgg* *Boom*
The blade hit the Bull's temple at made a cut deep enough to see its brains, the Bull didn't stop its charge despite the pain and hit Chu Feng on his side.
The horns of the bull missed Chu Feng's body but the Bull used its cut-open head instead.
The Bull knew it was going to die but he wouldn't let the one who killed it go so it decided to atleast wound his killer, Chu Feng saw what the Beast tried to do and jumped towards the tree he would be launched at to soften the impact of its charge.
Chu Feng was launched towards the tree he came out from and crashed into it.
*Cough*
Chu Feng coughed out a bit of blood and stood up, his side was bleeding a bit and his bones felt heavy but not broken.
'This motherf*cker.... An Eye For An Eye, This lifestyle, Hunt or be Hunted...'
Chu Feng's eyes shone brighter red then before and with a smile on his face he charged at the incoming Bull's, he dodged the first Bull's charge and slashed its neck before turning to the second one that was already to close to him to dodge.
This time he knew that he was going to take a hit to take a Bull down so he jumped backwards to soften the impact better then last time while swinging his sword at its eyes.
*Mmuuuuu* *Cough*
The Bull's eyes got cut and it rolled on the ground because of the pain, Chu Feng moved his body a bit and tried to feel the state of his ribs.
'No broken bones but i shouldn't take any more hits otherwise it will really break and even the Healing Pellet can't heal broken bones'
Chu Feng who was about to charge at the next one shook and instanty looked towards the 96-Year-Old Bull, the Bull's eyes were red and it looked at Chu Feng before charging towards him
'Its fast!' Chu Feng narrowly dodged the Bull and the Bull hit the tree
*Kgggg*
The tree couldn't hold the impact and crashed down, causing Chu Feng to have cold sweat run over his back.
The Bull's were shocked at their second leader's new strength.
[Raging Bull] (Frenzy State)

'So some beast have skills huh' Chu Feng watched the 96-Year-Old Bull crash into another tree behind it, Chu Feng grabbed this chance to appear next to Bull and slashed its head off his neck.
'The sword, its gotten a bit stronger!' Chu Feng was excited by the new small upgrade and used his fastest speed to charge at another Bull.
The Bulls snapped out of their daze just to see another one of their companions die.
The 96-Year-Old Bull charged at Chu Feng again without caring about its companions in the way, Chu Feng ran between the trees on the side of the path trying to split up the Bull's and the Frenzy State Bull and also watching his map to avoid any other dangerous beast.
Chu Feng ran into the forest some more while occasionally sneak attacking the split up Bull's.
This continued for over 10 minutes untill finally only the Frenzy State Bull was left alive. Chu Feng was covered in blood from himself and the Bull's.
Chu Fen put his sword on his waist as if there was a sword hilt there and looked straight at the the Frenzy State Bull and dashed towards it, The Frenzy State Bull lowered its head and pointed its horns forward and started running towards Chu Feng aswell.
The Beast and Human were about to reach eachother, Chu Feng finally drew his sword.
'Lightning Draw'
His eyes shone and slashed straight at the 96-Year-Old Bull's horns.
*Clang* *Boom*
The sword went through the horns without any resisted and cut into its brain, the Bull crashed into the ground without letting as much as a sound from its mouth.
*Huff* *Huff* *Huff*
Chu Feng was breathing heavily while using his sword to keep him standing.
"I won't have enough for a Healing Pellet even if i let the System absorb every Spirit Ring here and 10-Year-Old Beast corpses aren't worth much.... System, absorb the Spirit Rings."

"40?! I only killed 9... System buy me a Healing Pellet quickly"

Chu Feng sat down against a tree and withdrawed the Healing pellet and quickly ate it, his bruised and weared down body regained their strength but didn't fully regenerate him to his top condition because he was mentally exausted.
Chu Feng went to search for a place to sleep close-by since he didn't want to waste time walking to a town and back everyday.
"System, why did i get 40 Spirit Rings from 9 Beasts?"

"I see, is that also the case to 100 -1.000-10.000- 100.000 Spirit Rings?" Chu Feng smiled and finally understood why everything had such a huge price in the Shop.

Chu Feng searched for a good place to make his base in the forest for the next few years while occasionally killing some weaker 10-Year-Old Beasts to be able to buy a bed.
Finally after earning gaining a total of 81 10-Year-Old Spirit Rings (Bringing his total to 97) he killed a bunch of Rabbit like Beasts hiding behind the waterfall, what he found would be his future base for the few years in the forest.
A cave of 3 Meters wide by 7 Meters long and by 4 Meters high.
"System, i want to buy a bed" Chu Feng said while dragging his tired body into the cave, even his earlier bath didn't help his exhaustion.

"System, warn me when a Beast is close"
Chu Feng withdrawed his bed on the spot he wanted to place it and let his body fall on it, he didn't waste a single second before falling asleep on his bed that was even more comfortable then his be at his old hut in the village.
