39 Chapter 39 - Spirit Hall's Auction House

As Chu Feng left the Sealed Realm, the oppressive Aura disappeared along with him.

The Spirit Beasts, who were hiding at the borders of the Sealed Realm all let out a breath of relief, that frightening Aura finally left...

What they didn't know was that that Aura would be back and scare the living sh*t out of them.

------------------[3rd Person POV - Shrek]-----------------

''Zhuqing, do you know when Chu Feng is coming back? It's already been over half a year...'' Ning Rongrong asked Zhuqing with a slightly afraid voice, she was afraid Chu Feng suddenly left them.

''No, the necklaces only work as long as he wants too'' Zhu Zhuqing denied instantly and defended Chu Feng with a slight smile on her face.

''He is getting closer'' Ning Rongrong and Zhu Zhuqing suddenly turned towards Xiao Wu who had the necklace in her hands and excitement in her eyes.

''It's true!'' Ning Rongrong jumped out of her bed and happily jumped around when she saw the changes in the necklaces.

''I hope he can see the Finals next week'' Zhu Zhuqing said with a hopeful look, she improved a lot and her Spirit Power was already at Rank 50!

''Hehe, I hope he will be amazed at our progress my body is so exhausted of the endless training....'' Ning Rongrong complained but had a smile on her face when she remembered her 35.000-Years-Old Spirit Ring.

''I didn't expect the Gem he gave us would have so much power to instantly kill a 35.000-Years-Old Spirit Beast....'' Zhu Zhuqing said while remembering the shock on everyone's face when she saw a 9-Tailed Shadow Fox Queen.

She herself was no exception when she threw it, she threw it without any hesitation since she completely trusted Chu Feng when he said that the Gem could, without a doubt, subdue anything under 50.000-Years-Old.

The 9-Tailed Shadow Fox Queen was heavily injured and put into a deep sleep after the Spirit Beast was blasted by a huge Fire and Ice Beam, it was silent, deathly and nearly impossible to notice!

Back Then, Chu Feng poured a lot of his Power into it since it was something important for his future wives and thus created something that didn't just defend and could attack aswell.

Xiao Wu got her Spirit Ring from who knows where and Zhu Zhuqing had absorbed the Dark Devil Cat back then which made her body a whole lot stronger, after that, she kept pushing herself untill the other two girls had to stop her because she would break if she continued the way she was.

She had trained endlessly, the other girls didn't shy away either and kept training like how Chu Feng told them too.

''I want him to take us away with him....'' Zhu Zhuqing suddenly sighed and the other two ladies had complicated looks in their eyes but eventually let out a sigh aswell.

''I didn't expect them to change so much, Oscar confessed to me aswell and after I rejected him, the previous friendship disappeared and he didn't even talk to me'' Ning Rongrong remembered how she told Oscar she loved Chu Feng.

Oscar was heartbroken and the boys kept cheering him up, but again, the girls were being isolated more and more....

Yu Xiaogang couldn't train them any better than Chu Feng and admitted he was inferior in the aspect of Training someone.

Xiao Wu was still friends with Tang San but he started to distance more and more after he realized how he felt about her.

He knew he was too late when he saw her sitting on the roof of the dorms every night with the necklace Chu Feng gave her in her hands with a smile on her face.

''Hpmh! The boys and Teachers are being assholes anyway so why should we bother with them!'' Ning Rongrong snorted said with an angry expression and looked at Xiao Wu who was under the covers with her hands against her chest while touching the small necklace.

''XIao Wu, you're coming with us to, right?'' Ning Rongrong saw that Xiao Wu was In a daze and yelled, "Xiao Wu!''

''A..ah?! Sorry I wasn't listening'' Xiao Wu nearly jumped up and blushed while apologizing.

''You....'' Ning Rongrong looked at Xiao Wu with her eyes half-closed and turned towards Zhu Zhuqing who nodded and both jumped out of their beds and charged at Xiao Wu.

''Ah?! What are you doing?!'' Xiao Wu said when she suddenly felt the covers disappear.

''I knew it! Why do you keep refusing you like him when you hold the necklace all the time with a dumb smile on your face!'' Ning Rongrong shouted with a teasing expression on her face.

''Yo..you're lying! I d...don't like him!'' Xiao Wu said while slightly stuttering and hiding her blushing face in her pillow.

''Stop it already, do you realize that when you're asleep you hug your pillow while saying 'Hold me closer'….'' Zhu Zhuqing said with a small smile on her face.

''I DO THAT?!?!'' Xiao Wu suddenly got up and screamed in embarrassment.

''You've been doing that for quite a while now, don't you think it's weird that you are drooling all over your pillow all the time when you dream about him? Hahaha'' Ning Rongrong started laughing when she remembered the embarrassing faces Xiao Wu would make and all the weird things she would say while deep asleep.

''Stop bullying me! Fine! I like him so what! Bite me!'' Xiao Wu snarled with a red face and grabbed the covers and his inside of it.

''We just want you to come with us, after the Championship me and Zhuqing will leave and we will drag you away whether you want it or not'' Ning Rongrong sighed and explained.

''Well, they probably hate us already since we didn't defend Tang San after he was exposed as the child of the Clear Sky Douluo'' Zhu Zhuqing sighed, she didn't care much but that they expected them to put their lives at risk for someone who was treating them colder and colder just because they were the strongest three of the group at this point pissed her off.

Due to Chu Feng's Training Method and the Gems he gave them they absorbed Spirit Rings way above the rest, Xiao Wu didn't have much use for the Gem but Ning Rongrong managed to absorb a 14.000-Years-Old Dream Cloud Swan and even got a Spirit Bone!

It was a Chest Bone that gave her the wings of the Dream Cloud Swan gave her the ability to fly which was extremely useful for a Support-Type and combined with the evolution of her 7 Treasure Glazed Tile Pogoda to the 9 Treasure Glazed Tile Pogoda made her able to defend herself while her Supporting Capabilities went through the roof.

Upon hearing Zhu Zhuqing's words Xiao Wu shuddered a bit, she knew Zhu Zhuqing was right, they had a fight 2 months ago with the boys because of Dai Mubai trying to pester Zhu Zhuqing again but the necklace, as if sensing his intention nearly killed him and if it wasn't for Zhao Wuji being close-by he would've died.

The boy's got mad she was still wearing the necklace even around them since they knew it was only protecting her while the girls defended their friend, in the end even Tang San started berating the necklace which made the girls give up with their reasoning and just walked away.

Since then, they barely talked with eachother and only trained their teamwork a day a week, besides that, there was only the fights that they worked together since the girls didn't want to disappoint Chu Feng while the boys had their own goals.

Even Flender and Zhao Wuji where at a loss, Yu Xiaogang didn't bother with them since he didn't have much to teach them anyway and his goal was to raise the strongest Spirit Masters but the girls weren't someone he could teach anyway.

If Chu Feng knew that he would've sneered, this was so like him, the moron couldn't do anything himself and always had to have anyone else have it do for him.

''I will leave with you guys'' Xiao Wu finally sighed and gave up, the Tang San she once knew was gone once he realized his feelings for her but she didn't respond to his feelings and instead was fiddling with and looking at the necklace that she was wearing at all times.

Tang San started distancing from her since it would only bring him sadness and sorrow if he kept being close to her and his main goal was to bring the Tang Sect into this world, he only talked to her like a normal friend and nothing like the fondness he had for her before.

The Tang San that treated her as a little sister was gone.

'I rather follow my heart instead of dealing with this tense atmosphere all the time' Xiao Wu sighed and looked at the necklace with a light smile, the three girls talked all day about how they were going to punish Chu Feng once he came back while holding an eye on the necklace.

-----------------[3rd Person POV - Chu Feng]--------------

''Spirit Hall really has quite a grand Auction House huh...'' Chu Feng looked at the huge building in front of him that looked like a palace that was build out of white and golden stones that shone in the sun and seemed slightly translucent.

The streets in front of the Auction House was absolutely crowded and Chu Feng pushed himself inside.

'So they used the Competition Finals as a way to attract even more people for their biggest auction this year' Chu Feng couldn't help but admit the one that thought of this was a genius regarding business.

Chu Feng wanted to auction some stuff aswell, although he couldn't auction things like 100.000-Years-Old Spirit Bones but he had three 60.000-90.000-Years-Old Spirit Bones he wanted to auction that would neither fit his wives nor him.

As Chu Feng arrived at the counter he was greeted by a woman that had wayyyy too much make-up on her face that had a kind smile on her face.

'I bet her make-up doubles her original weight, holy sh*t' Chu Feng nearly puked from the stench, if he hated something then it was too much make-up....

''How can I help you Sir?'' The woman smiled warmly upon seeing Chu Feng, she was trained for this work by Spirit Hall for over a decade and knew how to judge people and Chu Feng had this Aura around him that made him stand out from the rest.

''I want to auction something'' Chu Feng said in a normal voice.

''Sir, if it is qualified then we can certainly auction it, but if you want to auction it today it has to be extremely valuable....'' The woman hesitantly said since most items today were worth over 10.000 Golden Spirit Coins.

''Are these good enough?'' Chu Feng asked and three Spirit Bones appeared.

''A Skull Spirit Bone from a 4-Armed Demon Gorilla, A Right Leg Spirit Bone from a Thunder Tornado Serpent and a Chest Spirit Bone from a Hybrid-Man Eating Spider'' The woman looked at the Spirit Bones and said in a daze, she quickly covered her mouth but it was already too late since some people at counters next to them heard her.

''Holy Sh*t look at that shine! They are atleast 7.000-Years-Old!'' A man with spectacles said.

''Are you blind? They are atleast 10.000-Years-Old!'' An old man said as his beard was trembling from excitement.

''Look at how handsome he is and his appearance, he only looks around 18 Years Old....'' A pretty woman with an hourglass figure said while looking at Chu Feng's appearance.

''Sister, how about we see who can get him first?'' A woman next to the previous one said with a smile on her face.

''Do you think he would even look at us? Look at his appearance, no need to embarrass ourselves and try something when we know we will just get rejected...''

''So can I auction them?'' Chu Feng asked the dazed woman with a cold voice.

''Ah! Yes, sorry for the inconvenience I brought you Sir!'' The woman bowed and Chu Feng merely sighed.

''Just forget it and get someone who can decide on this, don't let it bother you'' Chu Feng wasn't planning on hiding anyway so he really didn't care about it at all...

The woman apologized once more and went to get a white-haired old man with an imposing aura and a cold look on his face while his long white hair ran down behind his back.

Upon seeing Chu Feng, he smiled like a neighbourhood grandpa and asked, ''Sir, are you the one that wants to auction the Spirit Bones?''

Chu Feng merely nodded and the old man grabbed all kinds of instruments out of his Spatial Ring and started inspecting the Spirit Bones under the curious gaze of the onlookers that crowded around it, if it wasn't for Chu Feng using his Aura to have some space for himself, he would've layed flat on the counter if he was weak....

Upon inspecting the Spirit Bones for 5 minutes, the old man's face kept changing into a more and more dumbfounded and amazed look and after another 10 minutes he looked at Chu Feng.

''T..they are actually all above 60.000-Years-Old....'' The old man mumbled with a horrified look on his face.

It was as if silence had become an Absolute Element in the Auction House for a second.

60.000-Years-Old Spirit Rings were regarded as most of the Titled Douluo's 9th Spirit Ring yet this kid had 3 Spirit Bones.... And wanted to sell them!

''60.000-Years-Old.....'' A man with a scar on his face mumbled...

''I have never seen such a Spirit Beast before let alone a Spirit Bone from it!'' An older woman said in a dumbfounded voice, her body toned with thick muscles like some bodybuilder.

''Did you get these by yourself?'' The old man couldn't resist and asked.

''This shouldn't be part of the process, right?'' Chu Feng's eyebrow raised and asked in a cold voice.

''N..no, I'm sorry Sir, I was just startled for a second, please accept my apologies.'' The old man recollected himself and quickly said.

''Can they be auctioned tonight?'' Chu Feng asked.

''Yes Sir, these items are comparable to the 5th item on the Main Item List tonight!'' The old man said with an excited expression.

'Only 5th? It seems that this auction is slightly more interesting than I thought' Chu Feng said while smiling inwardly.

''Sir, please come this way to our Fourth Layer VIP Room'' The old man excitedly asked Chu Feng to come into gate next to the counter and led Chu Feng towards his VIP room.

'Well, I have enough money anyway' Chu Feng smiled inwardly and knew he would create quite show today...
