CHAPTER 213
"I suggest we retreat for now and track them better, wait for another opportunity," Naida suggested.
Several of them nodded, agreeing with her suggestion while their eyes were set on the Princess, awaiting her decision. After all, it rested on her and whatever decision she made, they had to follow.
"Bring him to me."
"What? The elf?" Naida's eyes shot open at the princess's request.
'How can she ask us to bring the elf to her? We cannot catch him at this point. We would be found out long before we even get to where he is.' Naida thought to herself.
She felt Marin's request was unreasonable but before her thought could further run wide or her mouth would sprout something out that would put her in trouble, Coralia held her hand up to silence her friend.
From the corner of her eye, she could see Marin's expression darken and it probably didn't mean well. So it was not safe for Naida to keep ranting.
