426 Isadora's Pain

"I know you have questions, I know there are a lot of things you wish to know. I would provide answers to the best of my ability and unseal your powers."

Just hearing her say those words, Astrid wanted to decline that all she wanted was her mother, to be with her and nothing more but then she knew that things weren't as simple. 

But even being with the mother covered it all. For in the presence of her mother would she get all the answers that she wanted. She didn't want to steal glimpses but immerse herself in a love stolen from her. 

"I know you are sad, Astrid, and you want so much. Trust me darling, I wish that and more but you can't do that, baby. Not now at least."

"It is olay, mother. I understand." Right after saying that, she did not know when her tears began to flow out, shocking her mother and even her. 

"I'm sorry, mum. I am."

"Baby." Isadora's face fell seeing her daughter in such a state.
