It had hurt him to not journey with her during the finally dispatch but nevertheless, he was joyed that she was safe and away from hurt unlike the last time.

To say that Avery was happy to see him was an understatement. Avery was both joyed and glad to see him. She had not seen him since in the banquet and wondered why he had not come although she spotted him when they returned and all.

But seeing him now… wow!

"You look beautiful as always," Callum complimented.

"Thanks. You are not bad yourself. Dashing if I must say."

"Hahha, you flatter me too much. I do not come close when compared with the princes."

"Well, you are special in your own way, Callum. Come, tell me all about your journey."

"Shall we take a stroll then," Callum asked arcing his arm and waiting for he to take it. Avery did and together they left but not before winking at Jareth and Terrence.
