Su Ping was at the moment able to reach a tie with the behemoth when clashing with physical strength alone, despite his disadvantages.

That filled him with hope; the longer he fought, the braver he became. He continued exploiting the young Chaos Beast's power, which allowed him to develop the pet's potential.
