5 Elfin

Asher was following the Emerald haired elf.

"By the way, you can call me Almar," Said the elf he was calm, but inside he was surprised that Asher can keep up.

"Asher" Asher said simply.

After that, they continued their journey silently, until Almar suddenly slowed down.

"Welcome to Elfin," said Almar.

Asher was mesmerized by the scene, he could see an exotic looking settlement, located near a waterfall, buildings surrounded the waterfall while the rays of the sun shone with golden luster, the scenery looked breathtaking.

"Follow me," said Almar.

Asher nodded and followed behind, he could see elves some of them farming and others just chatting, children playing and laughing.

The duo walked all the way to the top of the of the waterfall, Asher followed Almar to a big looking tree, but after taking a closer look, Asher noticed that the tree had a door.

"This way," said Almar with a smile, he was indicating to Asher to enter, and so did Asher.

Inside looked like some sort of lab, herbs, liquids, bugs, scrolls, books and tools decorated the place.

Asher was inspecting the place when but then, Asher was dumbfounded.

In front of him was an Elven woman, she sitting cross-legged meditating with closed eyes.

'I can't sense her at all!' though Asher in awe, the elven woman seemed one with nature, blending completely with the background, the Elven woman had blonde hair and pointy ears and looked in her thirties, but Asher knew that elves lifespan was longer than humans.

"I welcome you to our humble village, My name is Imryll Selmer, I am the druid and elder of the village," she opened her light-green eyes.

"Asher, I am an adventurer," said Asher.

"Now Asher, I sensed a disturbance in space near the village 3 months ago, I want to know if you had anything to do with it, or if you knew anything that will endanger the village," she asked seriously.

"I found myself in this forest 3 months ago with no memories of who am I," said Asher, what he said was partially true, since he has no memories about this body or the world.

"It must be hard for you, fending for yourself inside the forest when you are not even an apprentice" here eyes shone for a moment, before relaxing and looked at Asher with pity.

"I will send one of my children, to find you a place to stay," she said.

"Before that, can you tell me the basics about the world," asked Asher.

"Oh! I forget your memories loss" she said, she then took a map and started explaining.

"You are in the Brightfall continent, inside the word's tree forest, the homeland of Elves, and exactly on the outskirts," she said.

"In the Brightfall continent we cultivate two powers, Energie and Aura, Energie is the way of the spellcasters, while Aura is the path of Auramasters," she said.

Asher was listening carefully.

"A spellcaster is someone who can command the elements and change the laws of the world, while an Auramaster is someone who cultivates his body to break the limit of his mortal body," she said.

'So basically a spellcaster is a mage, and an Auramaster is a fighter' though Asher.
